A modern and restful resort-style hotel, Mantra Parramatta is located near the Parramatta River, next to nice cafes and street-side shops. With the unique Mantra feel from the architecturally cunning lobby area to the clean, modern rooms with in-design furnishings, kitchenettes, and great views looking out over the area, the Parramatta Hotel is a relaxing stay in the heart of town. For a chic dining and cocktail experience, try the restaurant with its unique 1950’s American retro design and hip ambience. And for a bit of sunshine, why not grab the kids and stroll down to the pool? With cascading water and a tropical area, you’ll feel millions of miles away from city center. But after the day is over, the central business district of Sydney can still be reached with just a short ride on the metro system. The cityscape is at your fingertips. All in all, Mantra Parramatta is an excellent place of stay.

We had the perfect weekend, friendly staff the apartment was perfectly clean & very comfortable. ”
Although haveing a major railway line accross the street, the hotel was insulated well & was very quiet. The premmisis was clean as a whistle & staff were friendly & ready to act on any request. Our apartment was spacious & comfortable with a great view all the way to the city. The breakfast food was very good with a great viraety of options, again with that friendly service the hotel offers. We enjoyed our stay & will recomend to others wanting to stay in Parramatta for a weekend. Our personal rating for the Mantra Parramatta is: 4.5 out of 5.
pleasant , clean, helpful staff . ”
Our short stay at the Mantra was good, but must let travellers to Parramatta know that if the tide is out , you may not be able to get the ferry from here but the trip down , up the river lovely.. The PORT restaurant near the ferry perfect meals. The Tappenaki Japanese restaurant around the corner from hotel also worth visisting. recommend Mantra Hotel ..YES You have the chance to cook in your room , tea and coffee etc, they did not have Dinner on the 2 nights we were there so can,t comment on the meals ..Breakfast good.
i have enjoyed my stay in mantra parramatta hotel. the location was vey suitable for me and the premises was modern, security car parking, reasonable priced, very close to shops and restaurents, as well as the upmarket presentaion of the complex- all of this for very good rate.
We stayed at the mantra parramatta on the 7/3/14. It was about a 15 minute drive to all phones arena. We had room service on arrival which arrived quickly, was hot, and well priced. The room was clean and comfortable. My only negative, was that parking could be a problem, when we arrived back from our show at 1130 pm there was one parking space left. I would and will stay there again
I have stayed at the Mantra Parramatta many times. I stay there because it is close to the Station and Westfields, You can go get something to eat very easily. The staff are always friendly, and eager to help. The rooms are very modern clean and a good size! I will stay again at the Mantra Parramatta.
Great location and customer service.”
Hotel located very near to Parramatta train station and Westfield shopping center that provide various of foods, restaurants and supermarkets. It's very convenient in this area. The room is spacious with good view (our windows is facing to Deloitte building), bed is comfort, hot shower with bathtub, wifi is good (upon joining their Mantra membership free), great customer service with surprise compliment red wine!
Great Property with fantastic service”
This is our 3rd time staying at the Mantra Parramatta. Place was clean, comfortable and has everything we needed even in the kitchenette. Counter staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property is literally a stone's throw away from the train station and shopping mall.
Dear Amos, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mantra Parramatta. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback about our facilities. We are delighted to read that the location was at the level of your expectations. Thank you again for sharing your experience and look forward to welcoming you again. Great location for Parramatta suburb”
This is suburb hotel, so if your destination is Sydney city center, then this hotel is not for you. However this hotel is a stone throwaway from Parramatta train station and Westfields large shopping complex. Easy access to Sydney via train from Parramatta station, just AUD 5 (Adult one way) or AUD 6.80 (return off-peak). Takes about 30 minutes (approx. 20+ km). Distance to Blue Mountain is nearer compared to Sydney-Blue Mountain.
i stayed for 5 days there, it was really nice room and i got pantry and iron plus iron board there. So everyday i went to my class with neat shirt and trousers...i didnt include breakfast in my stay cause there's no information about Halal food. Maybe it would be better if there was any info about that in internet.it was so close to train station so you can go anywhere easy, to city or to blue mountain...you can catch the train here. It so close to westfield mall too, so you can go shopping anytime it's open!.it was my first coming to ausi, but it was really nice because my stay in mantra parramatta hotel..Thanks to you
Great for one night”
the hotel was clean and fresh.it is close to everything in cbd parramatta. we could walk to shops and restaurants or take transportation which is just block away. our room was quite big and comfortable. bed were firm and sleep well. the price was well worth it and much cheaper than other hotels in the same vicinity. we would definitely stay here again.
Well appointed & well located”
Well appointed & centrally located. First time stay with Mantra and the Mantra Parramatta meet our needs well. The executive spa room was large & well equipped the spa and bathroom were good as well. I'd definitely use Msntra again.
not my first choice but i would return”
I often have to travel for work and usually when in Sydney like to stay in Parramatta. Although this hotel would not be my first choice as I have other favourites it is definitely not the worst. It is a nice hotel with large rooms. The Restaurant menu was limited but none the less it was ok nothing special but ok. I will return here im sure it is all dependant on room rates at my favourites in Parramatta.
clean and functional hotel ”
We stayed two nights at the Mantra Parramatta to watch a show at the Allphones Arena at the Olympic Park. The Hotelrooms are of good size, modern bathrooms, big TV screen, modern and clean. It has got a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and entertainment area and a good gym studio. It is centrally located, close to train station (easy to go by train to Olympic Park), close to restaurants and shopping area.
Very comfortable and quiet”
I had asked for a bath in my booking as I was coming in from the airport after a 30 hour trip with no sleep. When I arrived I noticed that the room (although a great room with a nice view) only had a shower. I asked about this and was immediately transferred to a room with not just a bath but a huge spa. The service was super friendly, and the room was large, quiet and very comfortable. I did not use the dining facilities. Hotel is close to the centre of Parramatta, train station and shopping centre.
Wow the service at the Mantra was incredible!!! I flew into Sydney quite late and I was pretty hungry by the time I settled into my room. I called room service and my delicious wagu bolognaise and glass of red wine was ready in about 10 minutes. I also needed a few items like toothpaste and laundry and the staff were incredibly quick to help out. I was hugely impressed. The location was perfect for my business needs and I even did a spot of shopping at the shopping centre close by. Very Happy
Location a major attraction”
We enjoyed our 4-day stay at the Mantra Parramatta Hotel over the New Year period, thanks to its most convenient location that made it easy for us shop, dine and utilise public transport. Our room on the sixth floor, while not being overly luxurious, was clean and quiet. On the negative side though, we were somewhat disappointed that there is no free wi-fi and also that there was no room service provided for us on New Year's Day. However its location will certainly provide us good reason to come back and patronise this hotel again.
Outstanding as always”
Always stay at the Mantra when visiting Sydney and it didn't disappoint. Always impressed with their outstanding service. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. Easy parking
Fantastic palace to stay, the staff were very friendly and supplied great service. We arrived early and they found a room for us which was jus perfect. Parramatta train station is only 5 minute walk & the Parramatta mall another 5 minutes. If in Parramatta would stay at this hotel again.
Great facilities, only wished I had arrived earlier!”
Was very happy with the value, and with the option of parking on site (for a reasonable fee), it was very convenient to then walk to the locations I required in the Parramatta area. Loved having the gym, sauna and steam room - I only wished I'd been there for more of the afternoon I checked in to make more use of them. Would definitely stay again.
Good service, location and very good price.”
The service of the hotel is very good. They prepare a baby cot for me when they see my baby in the check-in desk. It's free of charge. The location is very good. 5 mins walk to shopping center and restaurants The price is much cheaper in Sydney. Only one thing I didn't expect is that parking in hotel is not free, although it's not very expensive. In gneral, I like the hotel and will go back again.
