not worth the money”
firstly they dont know about agoda website thus there was a lot of fuss wrt to payment. Secondly we booked standard room but we were given some other becuase they said we paid less and their standard room charges are different. We tried to show the site gave discount but they dint accept as they didnt knew about agoda.com. Personally i could had got a better room in a better hotel just nearby (adjacents) at same price i paid agoda.com although i stayed there only for 6 hrs. We booked it for freshing up as we had a night flight to catch.

Horrible Experience”
Firstly Mantralaya staffs told that there is no room and they were not aware of any such booking through Agoda. Then he said that Agoda does not give them payments properly and blah blah blah which we were not supposed to listen to. We have made payments and we were supposed to get the room on time which did not happen. Secondly, rooms were horrible, small, suffocating, door locks were not working, very unhealthy environment, Unable to shut the bathroom doors, and the worst part of it is the hotel runs out of water supply. There were two senior people who suffered like hell because of no water. Only the location was good. I did not expect this kind of service through Agoda. Very disappointed with Agoda, very disappointed with Mantralaya. Forget about recommending, I will request everybody not to try either of the website or the hotel.

location is great, 20-25mnts walks from the railways station, nearby shoppings along the main road. public bus available close by to visit the simhachalam temple. staffs were excellent & friendly, even theyre all have difficulty with speaking english but willing to help. also i was surprised that breakfast was included with the price i paid. bed linens need a complete refreshing with new one, but overall it was a pleasant stayed. most definitely recommended!

The Hotel is centrally located.. Nearer to Bus complex and railway station and good vegetarian hotels. Reception staff were warm and friendly. Should attend their life. Furnishings require attention.
