Peaceful, Lake, Mountain views, Garden, Wifi. Well insulated two storey property set in a quiet residential street. A pleasant 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive along lake side from the Wanaka Township. Near to lake side walking and biking tracks. Ample off street parking. Very safe / secure neighbourhood. Large private balcony. Fully equipped Kitchen. Baby gate for stairs, High chair and Portacot. Heat pump and modern Oil heaters. Free Business Class WiFi. On site Manager in attached, self contained apartment at the rear of the property. Carport not available to guests.

Fast response- within a few hours

I've lived & worked in Wanaka since 2001, love being outdoors. Regularly Mt Bike to keep fit while enjoying the local trails, I go snow skiing in winter, Kite surfing in summer and do a little hiking in between.

Part of a local church, enjoy running my own business and taking time out to see other places around Nz & Overseas. Fortunate to live in such an awesome place.

Hidden gem”

Beautiful 2 bedroom /two storey place with generous deck, views over the mountains & lake. Crescent house is very well maintained and sparkling clean. Fully equiped and spacious kitchen & bathroom,, high quality bed linen & towels. In a quiet area, but walking distance to central Wanaka. There Is a free WiFi, cable TV, Netflix, board games and much more for guests to use. Our son was particularly delighted by the wights & bench press! Our host Matthew was very understanding & flexible with our mad, last minute dates changes due to COVID19 restrictions & flight cancelations. We are frequent travellers, and this is easily one of the best accomodation experiences we’ve had so far! Thanks Matthew, we hope to come back soon! Cheers, Tatjana, Petar & Andrei
