"Good location for quick stop in London Town"
October 5, 2018
Located a short walk to Hyde Park, Edgware Road and the fashionable shops of Oxford Street, this good value, budget hotel is situated amid the central London throng. The Marble Arch underground station is also a stroll away enabling easy access to the rest of London. This 2-star hotel is very popular amongst visitors to the city thanks to its warm and friendly service. The Marble Arch Inn houses 29 well-equipped guest rooms which are perfect for relaxing after a busy day or a long flight and the in-house restaurant serves breakfast in the room.

Better than rating suggests”
Stayed here after arriving late into paddington. You will not get a better deal in a prime location like this in London. Room was extremely clean and very well put together with all the basics. The en suite bathroom was brand new with good shower. Very happy.
Yes, lovely hotel and service with smile”
hotel is small but very close to the shopping centre, supermarket. If you want to keep your money for travelling I would recommend this hotel. I spent first 4 nights in a hotel double price this hotel and I hated it. This hotel is small, not nice decorated but clean. Staffs are vety nice. I left my big bags for 2 days before check in(traveled to countryside).
Great Place for Price”
The Marble Arch Inn is great given what you're paying for. It's obviously a budget hotel, so it isn't going to be a five-star accommodation, but that being said, for a budget hotel it is clean, comfortable, and enjoyable enough! The staff was kind and easy to interact with, the rooms (though small) were well put together and comfortable, and it's in a great location. Overall, a great place if you are looking for a place to sleep and get ready in whilst being in the middle of the action.
Exceptional boutique hotel in the heart of Tbilisi”
The hotel is highly recommended. It's located just opposite famous Gabriadze puppet theatre and couple of steps away from New Bridge and Old City. Design and space are well-thought, we had budget room but it had everything to be happy with. Beds and pillows were comfortable, wc and shower - extra clean. Terrace with a river view is a huge WOW. Nice staff members. Would definitely come back again.
Great value for the money ”
The hotel located in a great location. Next to Oxford street. Not expansive at all. The room was clean but very small. If you are bringing a big luggage it a problem because it’s take a lot of space in the room. Overall the hotel is great and we really like to stay there.
Got what was expected...”
This is second time myself and friend stayed in Twin Room, the reception has had a revamp. Rooms clean and tidy, fresh towels every day, exactly what we expected and booked. Rooms might be slightly small, it is central London after all.. but can’t fault it. Staff pleasant and courteous, no complaints. Have already tried to book again for October 2018, but more than the budget will extend at moment but will keep an on it!!
The room was very nice in a central and perfect location! The staff were very friendly and I was able to come in very early in the morning due to my flight being delayed. The biggest issue was the wifi - a free voucher was given but the wifi was spotty at best and worked for only 30 or so min before it did not work anymore. If they fix this issue, it will be a great hotel in a great location!
Friendly staff but Agoda needs to get its act together”
Agoda wrongly advertise the rooms here. There is no such this as a 'Basic Double Room' with a shower. They are all with shared bathroom. Don't be fooled by Agoda advertising that they have a shower. The shared bathroom is one floor up and the double room is small. And the booking comes via Booking.com. Hotel is fine, it was Agoda's fault.
Suitable for tourists”
Good journey. Good restaurants near the hotel. Next to Hyde Park, to the "marble arch" underground station, to Oxford Street, and to the center of Londres. The nights are very hot, hopefully there is a ventilator. This hotel is suitable for students, tourists and people who just spend 2 or 3 nights there.
No complaints about the stay. Rooms were small but sufficient. There was room service. Centrally located and walking distance to Oxford Street and the metro. One bad thing is wifi is not exactly free. The free one was very limited to basic surfing, anything more, we'll have to pay a fee. It was quite troublesome (for the free one) as well as we have to login every 20 minutes.
This is a very good inn for backpackers and students. It's cheap to live in, and it's also convenient for us to go Oxford Circus or metro station. It's near Hyde Park, which is a historic park for tourists.
Good value and excellent location”
Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others. Yes the rooms are small but they have everything you need with extras like a sink, kettle (with tea and coffee) and a hairdryer. Considering what we paid it's great value.
4 sleeping only”
We stayed here in a family room with 3 children. There was just enough space for us, but we did not even wanted more than that. However, a bigger garderobe for clothes would do... Very good public transportation, easy to access, always tidy. It offers a reliable, standard quality at nice price.
The location is something that is really good. Seems to be far on a map but it it actually just 10 minutes stroll up the road to Oxford Street. Many eateries can be found just a stone throw away from the hotel. The hotel location is good but the rooms are quite small. the bathroom are just like closets. The room is basic but there is a feeling of comfort too. The staff should be commended as they so service oriented and willing to help whenever possible. Marble Arch underground is just around the corner and Sainsbury is within walking distance. Domino is around the corner and opens till late
Nice Place and wonerfull service”
Very comfortable room at the top of the hotel, staff where very accomadating and let us leave our case there for both days, even though we only stayed the one night. The shower was a bit tricky but managed to get it working ok.Would not hesitate to stay again in the near future.
great central location--- comfortable rooms”
near to sainsburys, wetherspoons, underground, cinema. clean rooms and fresh towels every day. small but comfortable. management and staff very nice and gave good information about london.we stayed ther in 2011, again this year and we hope to go back next year.we well recommend this hotel.
Location is very near to Oxford Street walking distance. Its in the central area and very easy to move around. 5mins walk to underground station and Hyde Park. Behind street is more on Halal restaurant. Rooms are too small for family. Price a little bit expensive for the kind of room. Would recommend for couple with no kids only.
The worst ”
Unfortunately , I have booked 2 rooms and when I came the receptionist said to me “ you should upgrade your booking & I paid £60 for upgrading & I agreed with her when I check out I will put my luggage in store just 1 hour & she agreed with me. Today, when I checked out from hotel, the receptionist ( I think he is from India he wears glasses) he rejected my luggage & I told him about my agreement with his colleagues about my luggage) he rejected and he is shouting & he didn’t respect the customers. In the future, I will not book in this hotel and I will tell my friends about the worst hotel in London.
Some rooms are underground without writing it somewhere.”
Clean rooms, good location, bad underground rooms
clean, location and great staff”
