Really comfortable apartment with comfortable bed. Wished we stayed more than one night to take better advantage of the facilities... had a great time chilling out on the armchairs, watching TV after a full day of sightseeing in Dunedin (which was a town exceeding expectations)

it's really good apartment. the room is pretty and tidy. but upstairs was so noisy when people closed the door and walked on the floor.the reception very strange like a poker-faced no smile, and copied my drive-license I never had this experience by another hotel in NZ before. hope my information still safe.

We have enjoyed our stay there. Clean, tidy and warm. Lovely host. Only thing we couldn't find a scissors in the kitchen. Will definitely return again to stay when we come down to Dunedin.

Home Away from Home”
One of the best apartment we have stayed in. It literally have almost everything you need. Very attentive to the possible needs of guests. Feels like home where everything you need is available. Do note the driveway of We had a great stay and highly recommend this place. apartment is not wide but off-street parking is available. We had a great stay and highly recommend this place.

Just a fantastic experience from the start of booking until checkout. Upgraded for free and advised with good notice which then allowed my family to travel with me. So grateful. The room itself was just perfect. Modern, everything you need from laundry and a kitchen with jobs and a portable oven. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
