There is a used shirt left in the room and towel is not clean when we arrived. Curtain is too short if someone walks outside they can see you inside.

3 Days, 2 Nights”
It was raining when we arrived in Ormoc. The inn was just at the back of Fatima Church. When we got into the place, nobody was there at the front desk or receiving area. We called out and waited for someone to assist us and then we were asked to go upstairs instead to meet up with the staff. She wasn't knowledgeable of what AGODA was so we had to explain multiple times that we had an advance booking. There was some confusion because we were mistaken as the other customers who also had a booking on the same day. After minutes of exchanging screenshots of the booking, we were given keys to our correct room. Room was nice, just the right size for a couple. We had some issues with the internet connection for their smart tv, and there was no hot shower regardless of the heater being available. But overall, the stay was fine. Aircon was fully functional and we didn't need to put on full blast to enjoy the coldness. Bed, blankets, and pillows were comfy enough. Problem would be the availability of the sockets since there was only one extra available so we had to take turns in charging, or had to unplug the TV. The staff didn't really bother us and they were able to help fix the internet connection the next day. We like the fact that we were given our privacy and that they didn't check on us from time to time. Overall, would still recommend this place to people who need an affordable stay within Ormoc City. Place is nearby restaurants, walkable to and from the waiting shed for a trike, near the church as well. Area was peaceful, which made our sleep so much better. I personally like the design of the space especially the mural and the tiles that were used. Price paid is worth it. The minor inconveniences are understandable. Would still stay here next time for our next visit.

No tissue as it clogs the toilet bowl accdg to staff. TV has no cable. Has wifi but no internet. With free hot and cold drinking water. With hot and cold shower. Overall value for money 5 stars

Staff Nowhere to be Found”
The very downside of this place is customer service. Staff and attendants are nowhere to be found. There's no one readily that can cater you from your check-in to checkout. The room is okay, the space is very small to move around and the aircon is not that cool enough. Definitely not recommended. If you want an affordable accomodation look somewhere at the city centre.
