Set up of the hotel is great, but rooms are outdated”

The set up of the resort is beautiful. Including the pool area which is the best part of the resort. But the rooms don't have wifi or a tv so if the weather is not good, or you just want to spend some time in the hotel itself, there isn't much to do. The resort is also quite far away from the main tourist points (Ijen, Menjangen island). Staff is very helpful and the food was delicious. Overall, good value for money. Wouldn't suggest it if you are traveling solo as it can get lonely / not many people to interact with.

Excellent friendly staff, clean room , nice relaxing atmosphere that wasn't spoiled by anything. We love this place and we will stay again. RECOMMENDED !!!!

Its paradise here.Absolutely beautiful property with lovely pool and gardens. All the staff are so amazing, very friendly and would do anything for you, like family to us. We will always stay here .

Quite Old Hotel With Decent Hill View”

while the sound of river offered an amazing calmness that big cities found it difficult to offer, we found the hotel has been quite old in which ants seemed to be dominating the places from veranda to bathroom in which we find it quite disturbing.. Hill View was a joy to watch in the morning when moderate weather was there also to be seized.. With an immense improvement of this hotel, I might go back to stay, otherwise, I'd rather stay in other hotels nearby

'Back To Basic' kind of Hotel”

What I enjoy : Staff's hospitality, beautiful garden and landscape, tranquility, climate, TV near restaurant, b'fast service and food, big portion of room service meal and tasty too. Things I don't like : Electricity went down a few times at night and took a while to switch to genset, sound of praying from nearby mosque woke me up at 4.30am and continue to about 6am, so you can only sleep a few hours on your holiday :).... and no phone in the room, you have to walk to lobby to talk to the staff.

Has probably seen better days but still a very nice place to stay. Food very tasty. Plantation tour is expensive but should not be missed. Would happily stay here again.

Great hotel”

Great location and feeling. Just lacked a few facilities like WiFi in the rooms, a kettle and coffee/tea in the rooms. The food was pretty good but nothing special.

Beautiful Hotel But It Needs To Be Refreshed”

I enjoyed the stay despite I might think twice to come back to this hotel again, knowing the condition of this hotel is considerably old, in which, ants are everywhere from veranda to bathroom which makes us feel uncomfortable.. The Breakfast is standard, limited with choice but we always enjoyed the presence of Tamarind Juice plus freshest Banana (from backyard).. what I enjoyed most was the sound of river next to my room as it commanded the sense of harmony that nature can provide. It was a nice stay. No AC needed. Breakfast was very2 simple, they didn't prepare much. I recommend Minak Jinggo Restaurant nearby for lunch and dinner because the food was tasty w/ reasonable price.

Transfert gratuit de la gare, bungalow "de luxe "(meilleur prix sur AGODA) en première ligne près de la rivière) corbeille de fruits, farniente à la très jolie piscine, très intéressante visite à la plantation voisine, dîner plaisant mais un peu cher, nuit agréablement fraîche, excellent petit déjeuner, personnel très aimable (y compris le patron, Suisse francophone)

Een echt doorreishotel gelegen naast een rivier. Goed onderhouden groene tuin en zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel, bungalows met sobere inrichting. Geen internet op de kamer. Wel in de lobby en het restaurant. Karig ontbijt. In de directe omgeving is niet veel doen. Men kan een rubberplantage bezoeken of excursies doen vanuit het hotel. Tijdens de Ramadan zijn alle winkeltjes en locale restaurantjes overdag gesloten.

Nice view, good staffs”

Pemandangan indah, suara gemericik air sungai terdengar dari kamar. Kamar bersih. Staf sangat ramah. Mereka juga mengatur untuk mengirimkan KTP saya yang tertinggal ke arah BWI kota. Makan pagi lumayan.
