"first of all, the location is excellent. you can have rooms with the marina bay view. and it's next to Marina Square and across to Suntec Mall. Actually, i stay here with my niece, not in my business trip. But, this meritus club marina mandarin is best for business traveler. I booked one room in Meritus Club, it's on 20th & 21st floor, the highest floor. since this rooms for business travelers, so they provide lounge called Meritus Club Lounge, in the 21st floor. So, you have private check in and check out facility. not as the normal guest. so much benefit they served us. we have room with the marina bay view. in the room they provide one handy smartphone that we can use it to explore singapore. and many benefit such as : - buffet breakfast, light sncaks, and daily evening cocktails in club lounge (but since i'm a moslem, and in the club they served non halal food, so we use Aquamarine halal restaurant, at lobby floor) - complementary local telephone calls - 24 hour wifi and internet - minibar (and i loved so much the coffee maker one) - 2 hour usage meritus club boardroom each day (since i dont have any business friends to meet, so i didnt use this benefit yet) - laundry 2 pieces each day - shoe shine service - late check out all the staff very kind, especially the old man in the restaurant, he greeted us with friendly smile. and serve us best. all of the service so mean to us. hope we can stay here again someday. maybe in the business meeting, insha Allah."

"I had visited a friend who stayed in a similar room before, so I knew what i was in for. It was my favourite view of Singapore and what better way to spend the birthday than to be able to laze in the room and soak the sights in. From the room, you will be able to see the MBS, the floating platform, the Marina Bay Financial Center, Fullerton hotels and the Marina Bay reservoir. IMO, it is a better and value-for-money option compared to the rooms at MBS. The room is spacious, king size bed with ample space for a cozy sitting area and work desk. The shower area comes with a rain shower (the toggles does need some getting used to), a bath tub next to the window which over looks the same view as the bedroom. My only gripe was that the check-in process took quite a while, perhaps they were understaffed. Service was also slow on that day, the luggage took at least 45minutes to be sent up to the room. Request for an extra half day was not communicated well between the departments, leading to being locked out of the room and having to go back to the front desk for assistance. Apart from that, the staff are generally helpful and do their best to assist. Location-wise, it can be slightly difficult to navigate your way to the public transport station (whether bus or train) if you are not familiar with the surroundings/local. Do bear in mind that it is still centrally located and near amenities such as the Esplanade Theaters by the Bay and shopping centers. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"The Conrad has been established for sometime but has been very well maintained to a five star standard. The staff are very attentive and polite. The public areas are inviting, including the lobby bar. The room was very well appointed. Fantastic high bed with moderate firmness, a good selection of vidoe channels and an excellent hi-fi sound with great sound - but it takes a while to figure out how to use it. The view from the rooms out to the Marina Bay are very good. While the view to the Bay is partial it is very pleasing."

"the best hotel we'd stayed in. we had stayed twice in marina bay sands before but the fullerton hotel give us the feeling of just being home without any hassle. we arrived early in the morning and was checked in immediately. also given a late check out since our flight is not until midnight. the nanny service is excellent. we were provided of a very child friendly babysitter. our son was comfortable with his "auntie". morning breakfast has an excellent choices and we can sit outside looking out the river and to asian civilization museum. the swimming pool is under renovation but guests can use the swimming pool facility of the fullerton by the bay hotel (a chain hotel fronting marina bay sands). this one didnt bother us since there are so much to do in singapore than to swim in the pool. overall, we love our stay in fullerton hotel.the best vacation ever."

"I am a local and booked this hotel to watch the National Day Fireworks. Though the staff said that I would have to pay an additional amount to upgrade for the view, they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a room which faced it. I had a fabulous view of the entire Marina Bay Area! Bed was fabulous, really comfortable. Bathroom was fabulous too, good water pressure and really wonderful bathtub. Staff respond very quickly. A bit pricey, but it is a 5 star hotel, and you get what you pay for!"

"I was staying in Marina bay sands hotel the night before i went to fullerton bay hotel, and honestly, MBS is nothing compared to the beautiful fullerton bay! The first thing which greets you when you enter the hotel is a feeling of classy comfort. truly amazing architecture that is restored to its old yet glorious beauty. i stayed at the bay view hotel and the view was simply breath taking. it somehow reminded me of how far the island of singapore has come in just a few short decades. the morning mists upon the water is gorgous and the view of marina bay sands makes it look like its just better standing at fullerton bay looking at it rather than staying in marina bay sands hotel itself! beautiful. the most important part is, the service is flawless and amazingly excellent. Never seen staff put in such a conscious effort to make every single detail matter to increase your comfort and stay in the hotel. "
