Unlike business hotels, the room was spacious and very comfortable. It felt like going back to my own apartment. Although it was written that there was a parking lot on the premises, I couldn't find it and there was no staff to ask, so I parked at a nearby coin parking lot. I would like to stay here again next time.

First, there was only a password provided in the email for unlocking the entrance post, without any explanation of the method. It was very unfriendly. I had to call and waste time to unlock it. Next, after unlocking the post, there was a document with guest information filled out by someone who had checked out that day still inside the post. It was left as it was for about half a day until I checked in after 5 pm, even though check-out is at 10 am. When I entered the room I had booked with the card key, it was clearly not cleaned. The used bathrobe was still hanging on the hanger, the bed was used, and the used toothbrush in the bathroom was left as it was. I called, but the phone response was also rude. The conversation, apology, everything was unpleasant. They agreed to change the room, so I had to go back to the entrance and make another call. It was a waste of time. The management of personal information, the negligence in hotel operations, and the response as a customer service position were all unacceptable.

This apartment is new, comfy, and have necessity u need: Kicthen, microwave oven, washing machine, balacony with hanger etc. not really spacious but enough for 2 persons. The light is bright in the room. Smooth check in and the host can be reached via whatsap with immediate response. He is helpful. Convenient location, quite close to train station Recommend!

This is not a hotel and worst than Air bnb with zero service.”
Agoda, this is misleading. This property is not a hotel. It provide only room rental with zero service. You have to self check in and check out. During our four days stay, we didn't see any of the hotel staff at all and no cleaning service. It is really zero service and the only way to communicate with hotel staff is WhatsApp. Moreover, the person who manning the WhatsApp line is very rude and poor in English. This is my worst stay out of all the hotel that I have booked with Agoda.

入り口がわかりにくかったです”
京橋駅近くなので、場所はすぐにわかると思っていましたが、大きな看板も無くて10分くらい探しました。たまたま入り口近くでスタッフらしき方に声をかけてもらい、チェックインが出来ました。 ホテルにはフロントは無く、マンションの一部をホテルとして利用している形態で、キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジや洗濯機までついているので快適でした。 ホテルまでの地図をわかりやすくしたり、チェックイン方法を明記して欲しかったです。

素晴らしいけれど教えたくないかも”
今回1人でしたが、2人でもおそらく同じ価格で泊まれます。それによって価格の評価は少し前後しますがそれを抜いても素晴らしいホテルでした。 料金は１部屋の価格だと思いますので、2人で割ればかなりお安く泊まれるのではないでしょうか？ ベッドが1人宿泊の場合、くっつけて大きいサイズにしましたがそれもよかったです。 できることなら毎回使いたいくらいくつろいがせていただきました。 だからこそあまり広まって欲しくない、ホテルです。

ワンルームマンションをそのまま宿泊施設にしているのでホテル的なサービスはありませんがかえって気楽に過ごせました。室内着の用意はなく宿泊中の清掃もありません。タオルは日数分用意されており歯ブラシ・カミソリ等最低限のアメニティもあります。周りが繁華街でしたがしつこく静かな部屋を希望したからか最上階の部屋だったため気になりませんでした。

駅から近く飲食店も周囲にたくさん”
京橋駅から徒歩すぐです。ちょっと途中の繁華街は勧誘の人たちもたくさんいるエリアですので家族向きではありません。ホテルの下が酒屋です。コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。居酒屋やうどん店などがたくさんあります。部屋は清潔です。普通のマンションの部屋のようになっています。お風呂は湯船もあります。トイレとお風呂は別になっています。キッチンや冷蔵庫、電子レンジに洗濯機まであります。フロントはなく、入口でポストから部屋の鍵を取り、その鍵を使ってホテルに入り、部屋に入ります。部屋を出るときは自動で鍵はしまらないので閉め方に注意が必要です。

大阪城公園で１日遊んだあとに滞在するため、公園付近のホテルを検討し駅から近いこちらのホテルを予約しました。 綺麗なマンションの一室でした。 お部屋もきれいで、二段ベッドに子供は大興奮、洗濯機や洗剤、浴室乾燥もでき助かりました。 ひとつ難点だったのは、繁華街の間中にあるので夜中まで外の声が聞こえうるさかった位です、でもこれはしょうがない、子供は気にせず寝ていました。

이번 일본여행에서 잡은 숙박중에 제일 저희 커플에게 알맞은 숙소였어요! jr 교바시역과 지하철역도 엄청 가깝고 상점가? 근처여서 음식점도 바로 근처고 편의점 3종류가 모여있고ㅎ 시설, 위치, 가격 모두 만족하였습니당ㅎㅎ! 다음에 또 오사카오면 교바시에 숙소 잡자고 할 정도로요!

작은크기의 숙소였으나 세탁기,냉장고,가스렌지,전기포트,미니 오븐? 까지 있는 숙소였습니다.엄청 따뜻하기두했구요.지하철역과 2~3분거리이고 무인호텔이라 예약없이는 이용할수없는게 좋았지만 숙소이용의 문의사항을 문의할수없는게 조금 아쉬웠네요~ 완벽한 오사카여행이였습니다.
