Arrived at Munich Central Station by train from Zurich at 11:30 pm. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the station. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. It is a great location for walking tours of Munich, and most major tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk of Marienplatz. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Munich.

Stayed for two nights, chose the hotel because of the central location, the fact it had a spa, and breakfast. I didn’t end up going to the Spa, but the breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels are of a good quality. The only gripe is that the floor wasn’t well vacuumed in my room, there was something sticky next to the bed and there was another occupants cut fingernail on the floor, which was a bit gross. If I overlooked these two things, then the stay overall was good. Only thing to note is that the location is a bit dodgy at night, so not great as a solo female traveling (like myself). But since I took taxis most places, I didn't mind.

This Hotel is very close to Munich Central Train Station and nearby attractions. There are a lot of food shops downstairs. It was a bit crowded around the area, but it also convinced that it was really a convenient place to go to. You needed to turn into a small corned for the entrance so I feel more secure and safer there. They provided limited utilities, however you can ask front desk to give you some. I was not charged for that which was really better than other hotels in Europe. We enjoyed a lot here as first-time travellers in Munich. For the tidiness, on first night we found some hair in the towels. However we had our own towels and didn't use them. We put them in the shower tub and they were replaced on the second day. We don't have similar problems then but in case you want to be alert to their towels.
