For a group of 8 guys looking for a place to sleep & have breakfast while visiting for Oktoberfest, this was great. It's a 10 minute walk to the Festival site and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The street isn't the nicest and inebriated or vulnerable people would be advised to get a taxi but the hotel is clean, staff are great, pool area is excellent and very modern. Rooms and restaurant are a little dated but clean and functional. I would stay here again for the festival, but if I was visiting the city with my wife, maybe I would look for a nicer area.
This is a really lovely hotel. Everything immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Couldn't believe the digital control of shower temperature, never seen that before. Great WIFI and TV. Very quiet room. Staff very helpful and prompt check-in
We booked for opening weekend in Octoberfest. Staff was super nice , but this hotel is in a horrible area and the pictures of the hotel don’t even come close the actual place. Felt more like a 2 star hotel. Ac was bad, shower had mold. It was more the area over anything. It felt like skid row in LA as soon as you walked outside. Only positive was the stuff, everyone was super nice and helpful.
The pictures are very deceiving. Pictures show brand new hotel and fail to mention that it is in a very questionable neighborhood. There were homeless men and trash everywhere outside the hotel on the street. The hotel is basic and not a luxury hotel as the pictures perceive it to be. Wouldn’t stay there and definitely wouldn’t stay in that location again. Unsafe at night had to uber every time we wanted to go back to the room in the evening.

Wir waren zwei Nächte zum Oktoberfest dort. Für uns perfekt war die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer waren sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Der Preis war - wegen des Oktoberfests - zu hoch für den gebotenen Standard. Zu anderen Zeiten ist das wahrscheinlich anders. Die Angestellten waren aber alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
