We came back one more time as the hotel is so close to the airport, room is still new, comfortable and not expensive. We asked them for the water boiler and had one immediately. Many local places to eat near the hotel and price is 35,000 to 50,000 VND, not the tourist price like in downtown. VinMart, Circle K and MiniStop nearby. Local people selling fruits and vegetables. So convenient! Thanks so much for the upgrade. We will come back if we visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Brand new hotel, yes the pics are 100% accurate, no reviews because its new!! So good after many average hotels in this price range.. this is luxury.... Soft bed, not like so many hard viet beds.. hot strong water pressure, cold aircon, staff super helpful and friendly, wifi ok..10-15min walk to airport, 5 min grab.. i will def return when next in hcmc.. Plenty of food options nearby.. perfect stay for flying next day. A+++ Only negative was the pillows, soft but too high And the lift, ding dong a lot.. I'm sure the owners will resolve these issues, they are beyond great!

2nd time ive stayed here, super warm and friendly staff. Daniel the manager is like a friend now😁 last review i posted only negative was the ding dong of the lift all the time.. well this visit a few short weeks they had silenced the lift. How good is that!! Not often a hotel takes on board your suggestion and resolves the issue. Spotless new hotel, hot water amazing, wifi strong, aircon cold, 5 min walk to airport...plenty of food/mini mart options around, perfect!!

This is a great hotel, easy walking distance to the airport. Located on a quiet alley, it is a beautiful new building, bright rooms and a small deck on the alley front. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended, and easily one of the very best hotels in it’s price range.

Room 102 is good enough for the price as I booked the cheapest room type. It's above the main entrance. Good hot water. We love the shower as it's strong but doesn't hurt the skin. They have an elevator. Very good staff who helped with our luggage as there are steps from the street to the Lobby. Reception staff are very happy seeing us when we check in or need their help.

I stayed there only per night. The receptionist is very nice and useful, although I checked in at midnight (2:30 AM). This room has a window. It is very important to me. Let's imagine, when the fire burns, then I can go out by that window. It is not only under the bed, it is not clean but also the bathroom. The owner should improve immediately this stuff. You can find a lot of local food around there.

We stayed here for 2 days, in our Business trip. The hotel is on the quite place, nearby the Airport with 10' walking, our room is so clean, the rooftop bar is very kute. This hotel will be my favorite in HCMC

Everything was great except for the cleanliness ”
When I just arrived, they assigned me the room without cleaning it. The bin was full of trash and I wasn’t sure if they’ve changed the bed sheets. But they gave me a new big room so it was okay. The staffs are pretty nice overall, the location is near the airport but you still need to take a taxi or motorbike there. It also near a lot of street food bars + convenience stores.

Good for cheap stay in central area”
For authentic Viet, Nam experience in downtown Ho Chi Minh, at a good rate, you get reasonable accommodation. Just the basics of bed, bathroom, small fridge and television (that’s not very good.). Neighborhood is very authentic with lots of alleys, backstreet, small markets, and one of the main flower sales areas of the city I think. Just enjoy the flavor of the neighborhood with basic accommodation.

Positives: staff were lovely but unfortunately no English. Close location to airport. Negatives: rooms not clean. Bed was the worst we’ve experienced- felt like we were lying on concrete. Window was left open on room so no surprise when there was a gecko in the room. Overall would not recommend
