Absolutely surprised ”
I booked the hotel for me and my groomsmen the night before my wedding, and I was so impressed with the facilities, location and service here, that I cancelled my original hotel booking for another hotel, for the night of my wedding, to rebooking another room here instead. My wife was shocked at how beautiful, clean and modern the hotel was, and we enjoyed our first night as a married couple. This hotel is the definition of value for money. Don’t hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed!

Lovely staff, easy access, just next door to Westfield. This hotel has brand new rooms unfortunately didn’t have time to use the pool as they close at 6pm. But still amazing!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms. For what we wanted it was in a perfect location. Close to the hospital. $4 for a Tim tam?? Other fridge items were just as costly. We are happy to recommend crown 😊

I have always stayed here in Sydney for business. This time I have my family and kids which I wasn’t too happy. This is great for business, solo travellers but I don’t recommend for families with kids.

Good but let down for breakfast”
Its a good hotel, staff are friendly. The only problem is breakfast. We paid already for breakie prior to staying. When we got their we were told you can only order one plate and a coffee. This is after we ordered it. Crowne Plaza darling harbour is unlimited breakfast. Charge the extra and get a better breakfast. Otherwise ok stay for a night

Lovely hotel but poor service ”
I booked with a friend, asked for 2 single beds (as booking form asks) and if I could do anything special for her birthday on arrival - no response after booking. When we got to the room it had 1 king bed and no mention of any birthday surprise (eg could I buy a bottle of wine for the room on arrival) We ordered some ice for our drinks - that took about an hour. Room was nice - balcony could have at least had a chair. Rooftop bar and pool was beautiful. The bed configuration annoyed me because - why ask then?

Reception staff don't seem to know what they are doing. I had to ask for lost property to be sent to me and it took them a whole week, had to make several phone calls. At the end, I have to get my niece to pick the items from the hotel

Not clean and noisy”
Rug and bathroom dirty, 2 out of 3 bottles of shower gel are empty, the third one semi open. Obviously with poor house keeping. No cutlery in room, not even a single spoon, wonder how guest can make a cup of coffee. Building was badly design, room was so noisy with wind blowing through the balcony door all night. The rooftop bar on 11th floor is extremely noisy at night time, with people in and out the hotel. Next room had visitors in and out and talking so loud after 12:30am. Breakfast menu with limited choice at the cafe, staff were unprofessional … It’s the worst Crowne plaza hotel I ever stayed.
