Very nice host. Speaks English and is very helpful. Located nearby city center. Parking space is 7 min walking and very cheap. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Nice balkony and has everything you need.

Be careful when booking, there are rooms and appartments”

The hostess was very friendly, we could leave our bags for a few hours after check-out. The airco was a life saver in summer. Very convenient to have a fridge in the room. The location is perfect, close to the harbour and close to the city center.
I was under the assumption that I booked the appartment, not the room. I think it was not clear enough on booking.com that apparently you can book appartments and rooms from the same hostess. The room was very small and there was no place to sit, except for on the bed. There was a fridge, but no other facilities like a water cooker or coffee machine. The drainage in the shower is poorly designed, so at times we had some water leaking to the bedroom when taking a shower.

Location is close to the train and bus station. Appartment is well equipped. Host is very helpful.
Kitchen is missing some tools (cutting board, vine glasses). Host speaks only Italian. However she is very helpful and via google translate everything just worked out fine. During our stay, we had no wifi due to a technical problem (should be fixed soon)

AVOID AT ALL COST!”

The apartment is very good located near the city center and the port to take the ferry to Favignana Island.
There is something shady about this place, first the payment is only available in cash (why?) The hosts don’t speak any English and the communication is only available in Italian. You can tell that the hosts only care about the money as the place is pretty run-down. The material of the bed is peeling off, the kitchen and its utensils are oxidized and the shower head was broken! There is not even Wi-Fi available and even though the information is in booking.con this is unacceptable in 2022. The whole apartment had a bad smell and we didn’t even want to sit in the kitchen table as the chairs had dirt spots! This was our worst acommodation on a 10 day trip to Sicily and we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Superb”

The host and her daughter were excellent, super nice and they even gave us a few tips to navigate the city and the islands. The apartment was very comfortable and the location is as good as it gets for the money you pay, it's meters away from the historical center of the city.
The overall cleanliness of the apartment was good but there's was a quite strong smell coming from the bathroom, we had to keep the door closed so the whole apartment wouldn't smell.

La atención no pudo ser mejor , se nos llevó el coche la grua y ellos nos llevaron al depósito a recogerlo , nos guiaron de vuelta al apartamento y nos ayudaron a buscar aparcamiento. Super amables ! El apartamento estaba muy bien situado y las camas cómodas . Un 10 !
