          Lovely welcome from Sara on arrival, bright and cheerful. The hosts were very friendly and the cat we got to meet was wonderful too. Our rooms were spacious and well stocked with tea, biscuits and toiletries and we were given a fan when we requested it. It was a lovely stay and will be definitely coming again.

          Great location. Lovely hotel room, well thought of even. Nice welcome on arrival, shown to our room on the top floor. Family Quad, has a separate room for kids with TV. Always a friendly hello from the owner when passing. The beds were super comfortable. Deffo recommend! Thanks from Claire Wayne and the Children.

          We were greeted by the owner on arrival, very polite, showed us up to our family room, Lovely clean room, clean bed, very comfortable, kids had bunk beds, shower room was next door to our room and very clean, clean towels put out every day, perfect location for where we wanted, great stay :) will be returning to the same hotel.
          Our TV didn&#39;t work, it turned on, but stayed at no signal, wasn&#39;t the end of the world as we all had phones and spent little time in the room, as we explored the whole of blackpool 🤣 still given 10&#47;10 as everything else was brilliant!

          Not much, went on reviews, if this is excellent in Blackpool, I won&#39;t be going off reviews again
          The smell, when we arrived was musty, the rooms were basic, we overlooked the back yard which was filthy, over flowing ashtray on table, full of junk. Glad we were there only one night, won&#39;t be going back

          Location was fab. Staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. The kids liked the bunk beds and was in a separate room so that was nice than being cramped in one room
          Shared bathroom wasn’t really ideal Funny smell in the room, we think it was coming from the bedside tables The price was a little high for what it was, very small basic room having to pay extra for breakfast and a window no bigger than a tiny bathroom window
