Very bad experience. We booked online for 2 nights. But in our first stay, we saw 3 huge cockroaches in our room(one was flying in the room actually) from 11pm,1am, plus one of the curtains fallen along with dirty floor and stained bed sheets. Cause it was pretty late then, we had no choices but to stay there. When we asked the front desk for help and told him we were going to cancel the next stay because of poor hotel environment, his answer is "okay, but there is no way you can find a room at any of Kenting's hotels tmr then." We were angry, tired and helpless at the night, the only good thing is they returned our second night rent which we'd paid online the next day when we checked out. It is totally not worthy to spend stay such a room.

房間舒適，環境方便”
房間寬敞，清潔。鄰近墾丁大街，兩分鐘腳程，十二分方便。可是用浴缸，未有浴簾，較大年齡的小朋友會拜濕整個浴室。是次住宿有個不好的經歷，最後一晚，房間空調壞了，雖然用了兩小時維修好，但到深夜兩點時又再壞，熱了整晚，到第二朝，雖然他們也換了另一間房休息，但已差不多check out了。

外觀感覺不俗，唯服務質素認真一般。櫃檯的男年青職員似乎喜歡打網絡遊戲多於服務客人，隨隨便便的將匙交給客人就繼續忙著打機。本人本身所訂的房子本應有露台，但可能職員需要打電玩很忙，給的房間卻貨不對辦。 房間內冷氣足夠，很舒服涼快。但小心洗手間有螞蟻，建議用自家帶的毛巾喔，浴格內亦沒有裝放浴液的地方，令人十分不便。 所謂的早餐是指三文治跟一杯不知名難喝東西，所以大家要有心理準備喔。

以為有陽台才選這裏, 房間不但沒陽台, 連窗都沒有, 感覺有點被騙, 浴室很小, 浴缸連站進去都有點窄, 毛巾有頭髮,都不太敢用~地點靠近墾丁大街, 可以預約的士, 可是前台基本上都沒有人在, 有事要打電話聯絡~住了兩夜, 好像只有換毛巾都沒有打掃房間~
