Everything perfect”
This was a perfect hotel to stay at for a visit in New York. Good location just a few minutes walk from Madison square garden, Penn Station, Macys and everything in Midtown. The hotel was clean and hade nice room. The staff was great! We really enjoy our visit at Radisson Martinique Brodway Hotel. Thank you

Great centrally located hotel with character charm”
Very good stay, the room was very quiet, and large - a big plus in New York - only negative comment was no bar fridge in the room, which was surprising - u had to keep refilling ur small ice bucket - but a good hotel overall and a great central location and well priced considering the prices of hotels in New York city

unexpected”
My wife and I arrived off the "red eye" from Las Vegas at about 630am. I had not booked an early check in but the lady at reception offered it to us immediately without me having to ask. She was friendly and extremely helpful. I was surprised by the size of the room for a New York hotel and it was clean and updated. We where on the 7th floor and did not have any trouble sleeping from street noise.(A few drinks at an Irish bar may have helped). Time Square, Empire State Building are within easy walking distance. Central Park a little further but we walked there too. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars all in close walking distance.

First class hotel ”
Everything was good apart from the lifts which were very slow but were being updated the room was clean and comfortable, I was on the 7th floor at the front but it was not noisy, the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the woman on the tour desk. The food in the restaurant was good and of a reasonable price for New York. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a good place to stay at a reasonable price

Great hotel and brilliant location”
This was a great hotel. It is used extensively by airline crews and is very busy as a result. It also indicates the standard of the hotel as airline crew need good facilities. The bar, lobby, restaurant and room were all great. Wifi was fine for our needs and I was extremely happy with my stay in New York at this hotel.

Well located hotel in New York central area ”
I was initially not impressed with the exterior appearance of the hotel entrance; too much scaffolding and construction work in progress going on. However, the interior was rather nice. The room was clean and the staff was competent and friendly. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the main shopping belt and musical play entertainment area. I would stay there again the next time I am in New York

A Good Place in NY”
My husband and I stayed here for one night. This was actually a very good alternative as we were supposed to be booked on a cheaper hotel nearby but but found it to be very filthy so we walked out immediately and found this Raddison Martinique. The building looks colonial, but upon entering our room, we were relieved to see clean sheets, clean towels, clean room. It's what really matters to us. The location is also great as its very near the Madison square, Penn station, ang walking distance to shopping malls.

Good location, clean rooms, comfortable stay”
The hotel is located in midtown which gave us great access to uptown and downtown. As mentioned we felt the rooms were quite comfortable and the hotel itself has an interesting history and vibe. My only criticism of the hotel was that a few of the staff were not particularly friendly and some failed to crack a smile during our 5 day stay. It would be unfair to say that all staff were unfriendly as we found the door, security and cleaning staff excellent. New York is known for being a tough town but there's no excuse for hotel staff to be so dour.

First impression was bad, the rest was okay.”
They brag about fast check-ins. Where? What? How? Que? Really? A slow, not very nice and somewhat "behind" (retarded sounds too harsh) old lady checked us in. No one in line. Still took her 15 minutes to check us in. She asked the same question not only twice but several times (how many nights, how many rooms) even though she had the voucher in front of her (which I told her) and our booking in her computer (oh yeah, there were nothing wrong with our booking, she found it in the computer, didnt help her much though). And then she kept disappearing (like "um, is she coming back like ever?") several times without saying anything. She also told me that I had the to take back elevator which I of course listened to. Wasn't until the last day when I accidentally walked the wrong way and found out that the front elevators where just around the corner from my room. (Deep sighs, isnt it her job knowing?) And the old slow uncommunicative "lady" changed my one king bed into two small single beds without telling me (found that out when I got to room and didnt wanna go back, probably would have taken her an hour). Baaaad first impression. Okay, clean rooms, okay in size (except for bathroom), however with loud street noice in lower floors facing broadway, but that's New York so what to do. I still love the city. Bad restaurant (no one took our order, no one got to us to refill our glasses and we had to go get the waiter ourselves in order to order, to pay, etc). Good you're in New York and have a million other places to go to that's waaaay better! Would I stay here again? Hmm. Maybe if the price is right.

Fab hotel in great location”
The hotel is only 35 minutes taxi ride from JFK airport, it's located in an area just off Broadway and 5th Avenue and is nick named 'little Korea', you will find dozens of Korean restaurants which all have fab and tasty food. On arrival at the hotel the staff were very welcoming and polite, check-in was quick and easy. The room had 2 double beds and was a sufficient size although it did lack a decent wardrobe but this was not that much of a big deal. Hotel is located just opposite the Empire State and only a few minutes walk to Macey's. I would stay here again.

Great location for exploring the Big Apple”
This was a good base to explore New York. The area outside the hotel is a bit manic as it's really busy so arriving and leaving is a bit stressful with all your luggage on the street. Rooms are very small and if you have more than one suitcase, difficult to move around. Asked to move rooms bcoz the view we had was facing a brick wall and was given the 'standard' response that they were full that night and we would have to take the room we were given. The hotel knows that once you're checked in you're not likely to take the extra hassle of moving rooms later. Michael Williams was helpful though with accommodating a late check out on our last day which was very helpful

Best NYC location”
We found the Radisson Martinique an ideal location. Close to the Empire State Building, Macy's Department store, the subway, other good shops, good restaurants, and the hop-on hop-off buses. Also a good healthy walk to Times Square and the Theatre District, or not much in a taxi if too tired. We arrived at 9pm after a flight from Vegas, to find our room wasn't ready. Luckily we were starving hungry, so spent an hour in their restaurant having dinner and a complimentary glass of wine, while we waited. So we were very happy! Nice friendly staff and clean comfy rooms. We were sisters travelling together and the only fault we would pin point is the tiny bathroom.

A Very Comfortable Stay.”
The staff at the hotel gave a very welcoming and friendly approach to this guest from the moment of arrival. The staff at reception and check-in were excellent and passed on messages that arrived before I had. Car service was organised for me by the Bellman and the Door Men were exceedingly helpful, in particular Reggie. The very well-managed breakfast room gave an efficient and hospitable service - dinner service was less affable by contrast. One question - when check-out is at 11.00 am why is it not possible to check in before 4.00 pm - even with luggage safely stored this is not an ideal arrangement.

Good hotel, paying for the location”
Beautiful hotel very close to the Empire State Building and Macy's. Lots of Korean restaurants on the same street so good for eating out, plus the Garment District which is good for shopping. About a fifteen minute walk to either the Flatiron District or Times Square, Penn Station is also very close for transport. Staff were very helpful, rooms were a little small for the price but clean and comfortable, only real downside was the lack of fridge in the room. Accommodation is NY is expensive but this was worth it.

Great trip, great hotel, great weather, boss.”
We really enjoyed out stay, large spacious modern room with all mod cons, excellent location, right by the subway in Koreatown and right next to 5th avenue and the Empire State etc. Only negative was the fact that one lift was closed so getting an elevator sometimes took far too long, other than that delighted with the hotel, nice staff, nice reataurant menu, helpful friendly staff and all you could want really

Very good location-No frills property”
Very good location for shopping, eating and connecting with the town (building is just on top of tube line and 5 min walk from Penn station. It is a 3 * property: do not expect anything exceptional. The place is clean and well run. Rooms are on the small size. My disappointments: -like most hotels in NYC, it is noisy. Don't Americans know anything about sound proofing windows? -the air conditioning units are very noisy, but the good news is: they work. How do people sleep in the US with such noise? -the property charges 15USD/day for a "resort fee"...i.e. the use of wifi may be? that is a hidden cost. you may want to be careful when you book Would I stay there again? At the right price yes (i.e. 150 GBP max).

Fantastic stay in New York”
This was my partner and I's last stop on a 7 month travelling trip around the world before heading home and we couldn't have finished in style. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were luxurious with everything we needed and the staff were excellent - couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is situated in the heart of Manhattan and 10 minute walk to Times Square, so close to all restaurants and bars and other major attractions such as the Empire State Building which our room overlooked..perfect! We would definitely stay here again and advise others to go there too.

hotel was expensive didn't have much to offer busy”
overall the hotel is pricey but then again it's New York and centre to everything. Some staff are friendly but not all. For the price we paid bottle of water should be complimentary. The room is small but comfy although view is not appealing.
