Best combo of location and comfort for intl traveler in financial center through Narita
Located literally across the street from Tokyo Station, convenient for Narita Express trains. Hotel staff are so nice and helpful -- a pleasure to deal with. Main downsides: - use of lounge limited to very expensive room packages - if you want to use restaurant for casual meetings drinks are very expensive ($10-12 coffee) - rooms are quite small - no overnight laundry service - lately increasingly hard to book cheaper single rooms Result: Becoming a bit of an "in betweener" for me. Finding myself staying at higher end places (Peninsula, Four Seasons, Capitol Tokyu) when on a larger budget, and older stand-bys (New Otani) or going down to business hotels when looking to economize. a shame because I really like the hotel, location is fantastic, and the staff are so nice. But when looking for value just doesn't make sense to pay $350 for a small room when serviceable options are available for half that (or less).

Recent 4 day stay
No workout room or swimming pool. A bit pricy, but not out of the common in downtown Tokyo. Excellent location across from the main train station in Tokyo. Stayed here twice in room 1324 and 1024. Although 1024 was non smoking, it had a smoke smell. Great staff, accommodating, friendly. Free wifi and LAN connection at desk in the room, no iron in the room, only a suit press.

Convenient Location
Best location if you are taking the shinkansen from Tokyo Station. Take the lift to the basement and you can shop and dine. It is also near the Imperial Palace. However, I had not realised I only booked for one person instead of two, so I was charged extra for the second adult. After paying an extra S$40 per night, I wasn't given an extra set of pillows. The layout was awkward as the bed did not face the TV and only one could watch from the couch. But we were here for the location and that cannot be faulted.
