affordable hotel in belitung city”
hotel is located in the city (not near the beach), easy access to food and city center. Limited parking, but as we came in pandemic situation, so no problem. Staff are friendly. Very clean. Breakfast very simple, yeah worth the price, there is small pool, so small I think it is just for a dip or for the kids.

Room quite small but cosy, we really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was OK but it will be excelent if they had choices of cereals for little one, we have to paid the full price for my 11 years old but the only thing he had was toast with margarine no butter available. Ordered room service but no soda on the drinks menu. On other hand, all staff was excelent.

Located near the city centre of Tanjung Pandan, we can take a walk to nearby restaurant and coffee shop. The price is very affordable and the room is quite good. Also the staff is very friendly.

My overall experience is Good”
Value for money :- Room rate i have paid is reasonable. Overall spending in this hotel is value for money. The food and beverage is reasonably priced. Location:- Nearby to few local eating houses and mini marts. (Note : No 24 hours mini mart) It is safe to walk around the area during night time. Cleanliness:- Overall 7.5 over 10 rating. The room is clean expect for the shower gel and shampoo should top up more. The room I stayed has a dispenser which is faulty and management should take note on that. Staff :- Front Office staff and security are very friendly and attentive. Facilities:- I personally feel that room is a bit small and management should take into consideration of size of the furniture they put. The furniture should be compact to have more walking space.

5 nights at Maxone”
The room is very small. Bed frame edge is very sharp. Poor design. Have to be careful when walking in the small confine space. Got injured few times. Breakfast is horrible as the cooking is not up to standard. Also not enough food and 1 time is was closed. So maybe no guests. This is understandable. Porridge not matching the traditional dishes. Thus totally unable to eat which is my favourite but too bad have to forgo this. The plus point is the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is still not bad but is more than a kilometer to the Satum roundabout.

Good 3 stars hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Happiness room quite small but bed is one of the best I have slept. Maybe breakfast was the worst thing at this hotel. Last morning there was not even toast and some morning only water but not any juice! Chicken was also not so delicious. Some fresh vegetables plus.
