Very Helpful staff, Very close to go every place in Yangon downtown (sule pagoda, tran station, musiums), Arond the hotel many place for foods and street markets. Staff helped us even the new year time while other places are closed.

Dirty room and smelly air condition ”
I booked this hotel from and pay with 3 people stayed in 1 bedroom. Hotel should provide a big room with 1 big bed and 1 small bed because I already pay for that. But they provide us a small room with extra bed in front of the toilet which is so smelly. It is not like the picture. However staff is nice and Hotel is located in downtown area

staff are very nice and attentive. They were helping us with getting taxi, booking restaurant and bags. It is a few steps to Boyoke Aungsan Market. However, the road in front of the hotel is very small and dirty. There's a smell from the trash and puddles. The room is nice and big but on the first day there's a constant smell from the bathroom and faded away on the second day. Overall stay is nice.

Not worth the price,charges extra for couples ”
Hotel charged additional/night for my travel partner/girlfriend to stay in our queen bed/room. I showed them that when booking, it does not ask number in room. They did not bring this up until many hours after we had checked in and would not budge. Girlfriend was sick at this point and didn't feel up to looking for another hotel, and their wifi connection sucked, so looking online wasn't an option. On agoda it looked like a better hotel. Pics can be deceiving.The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled, the air conditioner barely functioned, and the elevator was broken (staying on the 6th floor). I realize that hotels are overpriced in Myanmar, but this was clearly the worst. I do not recommend

VERY OLD hotel from 1940s and NOTHING was updated from then. Everything in the room was like that, I felt like I just got out of a time machine!!! Pillows were used and sweaty/smelly so I asked them to change it. I booked on Agoda but it took about 2 hours for Agoda to send booking through. I wanted to check in right away as I walked over to the hotel in 5 minutes and it was at 5pm (way past check in time) but they won't check me in and allow me to use the room (DESPITE me showing the booking and Agoda ID number on my email). I told them THEY should call Agoda and verify my booking ID to check me in ASAP (despite agoda not sending it right away). BUT the staff TOLD ME "YOU SHOULD" call Agoda. GIVE ME A BREAK. I'm not getting paid by the hour to be there and THEY should be doing this.

The receptionists are not friendly. Breakfast is not good with moldy bread. We complaint and requested for change. But then, the staff still gave us the same bread. The light in the room was broken and called the customer service twice before it get replaced.
