Suggestions for improvement”
The place is OK for the price but could be improved further (without or minimal cost) if the rooms can be aired so mustiness can be prevented. The cabinets can be paper-lined so lodger's things can be placed inside these cabinets. The whiteness of the floor mats needs improvement (old and dirty looking if it is brownish). Longer shower curtains to prevent water splashing out of the shower stall. Information re availability of drinking and hot water should be communicated to visitors. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly - security guards, front desk and housekeeping ;)

Excellent”
Bed was a big and nice however sans comforter, I woke up a bit cold as the A/C is practically placed almost bed-level hence you'd really feel the air-flow.

Exceptional”
My friend and I stayed here for two nights and we occupied a standard room. The room was spacious, with cabinets, mirror, chairs and tables, TV, clean towels, adequate outlets, and comfortable bed. It was more than I expected hence I gave it 5 stars for value for money. The CR was clean, with heater and although it didn't have bidet, we were immediately given a dipper after we requested for it. We didn't have free breakfast so we haven't tried the restaurant across the street. Their café was under renovation. These were no big deal because Maginhawa Street was just at walking distance. Tricycles were readily available. There was no free wifi inside the room and my pocket wifi had poor signal (I used Globe). Overall, we had a pleasant stay hence I will choose to book here again if the need arise.

Awesome service! The staff is always helpful, friendly and polite.”
Use UBER and or GRAB to get around town is much safer and cost effective as you know how much your bill will cost before you get in the car. Maya Residence staff always helpful with this even though I have the UBER app on my phone I never have to use it.

Calbe not working”
The place was good. Clean sheets and bathroom. Our only problem was the cabled TV. The cable service that time wasn't working well. Although, we already have been warned by the staff. Just have this fixed next time.

Busted sink pipe”
Stayed here for two nights. My stay was generally comfortable: wad was just right, room not too cramp nor too big for one person. My issue though with fith facilities: the water pipe of the sink got broken so there was a leak that i had to wait for their plumber to finish. Also, the toilet does not have bidet shower--a no no for many, including me!

Great location, close to Kalayaan for access but not so close to get traffic noise. Also close to Sikatuna and local services. Staff are very welcoming. Cafe serves good food, fantastic coffee - WiFi. Rooms are clean. I look forward to returning.

nice and clean room, but no wifi....”
small room but nice and clean, lobby's restaurant foods not good, hotel's staffs are all friendly,
This hotel is far from Farmer's Plaza, and most of taxi drivers they don't know how to get to this hotel, Everything are fine at the hotel, except foods not very good and no wifi signal in the room, only in the lobby. Wifi signal it's been 3 years like that, I have been give them a good suggestion every year While I stay there but hotel's owner seems like don't care about it. never get improve it. So suggest don't stay in this hotel, If you really need a good wifi signal.

Nice QC hotel ”
Cafe, walking distance to more restos, value for money
The location works because it is close to our partner NGO offices in QC and walking distance to Maginhawa restos (about 10-15mins). The cafe/fusion resto below serves surprisingly good food and drinks. They serve breakfast late though (7am) and do not pack it if you need to leave early. Rooms are comfortable but can hear people in the hallway. Overall, great value for money.

Delightful at the right price”
cleanliness, price, location
I have now used the Maya many times and would go back again. The staff is always friendly and helpful, all the basic needs are there, except not having wifi in the room...the wifi signal in the lobby is nice and strong. Rooms are very clean, good variety of channels on the TV, water in the shower hot and bed is very comfortable. I'll go back again.

Not as great as my first stay”
Location, quietness
My first stay was great thats why we went back. I got an exclusive offer here in agoda but i guess we got the not so great room for that. paint in the wall is starting to chip, toilet is not as clean as before but still manageable.
