Love this hotel”
Feels like you've stepped back into another wonderful place in time, but kept all the modern conveniences. I love the lay out of this hotel and the grounds are beautiful!!

Mayaland hotel”
Hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel is in a perfect location for access to Chichen Itza. It was quite hard to find in the dark at night as we were very late getting in but the staff were still up waiting for us when we managed to find it and we're very friendly. Only negative would be the price of food - we only ate breakfast there, it's very expensive for what it was but convenient. I would recommend exploring Piste for more reasonable eating options.

Worst agoda experience,charge everything,expensive”
Location is the only good thing come up in my mind as its only 5 minutes walk to Chichen Itza, however, the so called 'private entrance' needs another entrance fee
Though located right next to the ruins, poor transportation with no shuttle bus whilst taxi was the only way out with expensive price. Hygiene wasnt good, shower sprinkler head was located ridiculously low, staffs at reception always serve with friendly smile but you will soon realize he is using every single chance to charges everything and raise price any time if you dont have any information. My advice, stay in hotels nearby the cenote Ik Kil is way better and preferred.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location.”
1) it's location with it's private entrance to Chichenitza, 2) the beautiful jungle surroundings, 3) the feeling of being in a unique and special place full of history and class.
I had a wonderful stay at the Mayland Hotel. It's really a special and classy place, and it's private entrance to Chichenitza was so convenient. I was able to visit Chicenitza before the heat and crowds arrived so I enjoyed it that much more.

Great place for Chichen Itza”
Staff, location, chichen itza access
The overall experience is quite good. The hotel is a little bit old now and has some ploblem with cleanliness especially the bathroon floor. The staffs are really nice firendly and attentive. The food quality is also better than my expectation.

Spectacular because of the view of Chichen”
View of Chichen, restaurant, location in archaeological site
The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We had 2 queen beds, we fitted our own crib and there was still lots of room. We had the view of the ruins where the sun sets and that's what money can't buy. Everything in this hotel costs though so from a customer service point of view, they don't do so well. There isn't even any complimentary water bottle or coffee or tea making facility in the room. Staff at reception aren't friendly nor attentive. Concierge staff are great however, and so are restaurant staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant , the ambiance is great, and the food was marvelous. We also had the buffet lunch and the spread was great with local Yucatan & mexican cuisine, as well as live entertainment. We felt that the buffet was good value for money. The grounds of the hotel is marvelous and we felt privileged with our own entrance into Chichen. Despite the lousy reception service and them charging for every single petty thing, we would still stay here again if we wanted to visit Chichen.

One night, seeing the Chichen Itza ruins! ”
Close to the ruins, super friendly staff, good service
Perfect if you wanna visit the chichen itza ruins. You live just by one of the entrances to the ruins, so very convenient. Get a guide, it's worth the money.

Great location but not much transportation choice”
Great location, clean room
Location is just next to ruins but bus station is at another entrance with long distance walk inside Chichen Itza. Need to take taxi for transportation. The hotel is good for attending the night show. Food is also good but a little bit expensive. It would be better if there is more facilities to attract longer stay.

Heaven in the jungle”
Gardens and atmosphere.
Just a beautiful stay, in what was for me the perfect setting. The thrill of walking through the grounds and hearing the air filled with the tropical sounds of the jungle was a treat. More than adequate rooms, ours had a spacious balcony too, but to be honest very little reason to stay in there with the wonders of the Yucatan on your doorstep. Absolutely ideal for visiting Chichen Itza.

amazing hotel!”
The best location, very nice classic atmosphere, and nice hotel staffs.
none
We really enjoyed our stay in Mayaland Hotel And Bungalows. It was the great idea to stay in Chichen Itza one night as it takes a long time from Cancun to Chichen Iza. It is only 5 min walk from the Chichen Itza ruin, the best location! As it is close, we could enjoy the ruin during day and night(for the show) with very easy access. You can even see the ruin from the entrance of the hotel. It is clean, very classic and in nice atmosphere. I couldn't stop taking pictures everywhere! The restaurants there are nice as well. Oh don't get surprised if you find a lot of bugs outside your door of the room in the morning. The bugs are attracted to the light and there were bugs everywhere in the morning, but the hotel staff cleaned them quickly and it is natural thing as the hotel is located in the center of national park!

Cadre magique au coeur de la zone archeologique”
Standing, situation ideale, cadre idyllique
