I'm staying here for the second time. And again, it was a pleasure. The amenities, the bed linens, the bathrooms are all top-notch. And a very attentive and efficient staff. There's a kitchen that is open 24x7, so you can order food or chai any time, day or night. The food is excellent and surprisingly cheap, less than what you'd pay at a restaurant. I found Mr. Chauhan (the manager) quite efficient, taking care of even the smallest problems quickly and with a smile. It was a warm, lovely experience overall !

We booked accommodations for four people and made special requests, but there were no arrangements for all four guests upon arrival. Two members of our group ultimately chose to stay at another hotel. Basic items like towels and pillows were only provided after a request, despite a check-in time of 3 PM. The promised amenities, such as complimentary drinks and tea, were non-existent. During check-out, we were presented with unexpected bills, which we paid. The bathroom experience was subpar, with hot water unavailable unless we waited an unreasonable amount of time for dripping taps. Cleanliness was another major concern—the bathroom and towels had an unpleasant odor, detracting from the otherwise recently renovated appearance of the building. The staff, while polite, appeared overwhelmed and undertrained. They admitted to working long hours with insufficient compensation, which likely contributed to the lack of professionalism and efficiency. The location is conveniently close to the airport, which may appeal to travelers in transit. However, the advertised internet and television services were non-functional, making it unsuitable for extended stays or family visits. Dinner ordered at 7 PM was only served around 10 PM, so it’s best to place meal orders as early as check-in.
