Quiet, value for money
Manageress and her staff are very customer orientated, and any request is immediately dealt with. They make you feel welcome, even before you reach reception. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The chef is excellent, and we only wish we had more time to spend here. Only downside is the weak wifi signal, and no electric kettle in the room. I will be staying here again.

Disappointed
The bedding sheets was dirty on both beds. The pillows and sheets had hair on them as if the bedding had not been changed. I was itchy all night. I did not return for my second day stay. The staff took over an hour to certify and check me in. Room service took over an hour to prepare bread and ice tea.

I will never go back
One thing i can only remember. There's a salon in front which offers massage and it was good. (not even related to the hotel experience).
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to attend an event. The room service was really not good. The breakfast is the same everyday. There was no parking slot available. The hotel is in the middle of the market so please imagine the heavy traffic. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Location
Room was comfortable but everything else was terrible- food, service. As a 2 star hotel it's priced too high unless they improve the things they're bad at.

Not like what I expected
Friendly staff.
No complimentary water. Sink is a bit too small. Swimming pool is not clean. My last night, they have an event at the rooftop which was very noisy I couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast does not include drinks/coffee. There were cockroaches in my room. Location is good if not for the traffic jam because it is near the market and public jeepney terminals.

Location, newer hotel, free parking
No hot shower as advertised, breakfast was cold and parking although free was cramped and chaotic. Staff not prepared for large groups. Need to be more prepared and organized.

Worst Hotel I've Been To
staff tried their best to accommodate our complaints.
It was the worst stay I've been to so far. On the first day, I had to wait for almost an hour before checking in. Why? Their booking system is a flop. They overbooked their premium and family rooms. For our case, they moved us from a premium room to a deluxe. The next day, my wife was taking a bath when the water from the shower turned brown. It was gross. Our room then smelled so bad. So we had to take a bath from a friend's room who also checked in. The next day, same thing happened to our friend so she took her shower on a nearby room.

seems to have it all..but not!
room comfort, helpful staff, room service
after 5 months I returned to see if it had improved. Shower is good but the central hot water system means 3 minutes running water first. The pool is more a cesspool..so dirty I could not see the (shallow) bottom. More of a health hazard. The breakfast is still not a buffet, just cold dishes premade. The internet is come and go and gone, unreliable. The location is not for everyone and far from the sights of manila. Staff are great but management needs to fund some improvements if they want more than the 'short stay' reputation it's getting.

breakfast, pool, and staff service
I am happy the area is in the middle of QC busy public market. Hotel staffs are very accomodating and urgent. Glad ive choose to stay there even though I spend most of my time at Metro manila.
