So many times I book here because it near to Menara Kuantan 188 and Kuantan Waterfront. But the only thing that I still want to highlight eventhough I already send my complaint thru email regarding the blockage at emergency staircase with chairs and so on for every level. This is because there was a failure of lift during my stay and we need to use the emergency staircase. That is why I notice all this blockage. Hopefully hotel PIC can take proactive action to prevent from any incidents happens during emergency.

Great views, free parking”
The hotel has a nice riverfront location, with ample spaces for free parking, and great view of the city and the river from the room. There is a drink dispenser at the check-in area serving a free cold drink. Our room is clean, comfortable and quiet. We paid a little extra for the breakfast buffet, and we were very pleased with the variety and quality of food for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is very good for value.

Everything about this hotel are good and worth with the rates. Very lucky that I got free upgrade to executive room with nice river view.. room are clean and smell nice.. but one thing i would like to suggest, hopefully hotel mgmt to consider to put each iron in each room rather than share. Iron only available at level 4 & level 6 which i think very troublesome and not practical during this pandemic era.. most of hotel already provided iron in each room already. Pls consider this. thanks

I love view from my room.superb. Room also clean and spacious.Staff at counter and cafe have manner great us very friendly. No need to worry about parking here because there are lots of space.Will definitely book here again when i visit Kuantan 👍🏻

Excellent hotel”
I can say that this hotel is really a great place to stay. Located in the middle of Kuantan Town and situated beside the river. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby(walking distance). For the hotel, I am very satisfied that the hotel is very well taken care of. At first judging by the exterior look, I thought this is some kind of old hotel and the excellent review in Agoda did not add up, but when I saw the interior of the hotel I was so suprised because it is very nice. Friendly staff and cleanliness is satisfactory. Room is spacious and well equipped. I requested for river view room and they gave me without me reminding! Very good service. Will definitely come again if I come to Kuantan. Keep it up!!!

Nice place with excellent location ”
We made the right decision choosing Mega View for it’s close proximity to the Kuantan 188 tower for a family event. From the outside the hotel does look a bit dated but once inside it ticks all my boxes ie spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, tea/coffee, mini fridge, flat tv, airconditioning (only on/off) and necessary amenities in the very clean toilet. The view from the room assigned to us is part city and part river and it was excellent particularly in the morning when the sun rises. Located just next to the Kuantan river and a mere three to four minutes walk to the Kuantan 188 tower, the hotel is of close proximity to many eateries and cafes. The shopping malls with some big brands are around 10 minutes drive away. Tanjung Lumpur, where you can find ample choices of seafood restaurants with nice beach views, is just a short drive away too. I have no complaints with this hotel. A convenient and good enough place to stay whenever in Kuantan.

5 Star Cleanliness”
Pros: It is certainly way surpass my expectation for such price and outlook! It doesn't have a grand lobby, nice lighted glass lift nor star level ambience management, but I am so surprise for its cleanliness and dust level are certainly on par and none less as compared to 5 stars hotels! Especially for people with skin allergic to dust mites and dust like me, it was a peaceful sleep, very clean, good feel bed and pillows! The Kuantan bridge and river view over the window certainly heart captive! You can stroll along the bay till the edge, very very peaceful and refreshing indeed. There are couple of eateries available along the street (walking distance), night time maybe a little quiet though. Staffs are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Cons: The bath towels are clean, but not white looking is a little put off. The strong wind creates a whistle sound over the window rubber slit, that may be a put off point for other customers, it is ok for me.

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and the best thing is this hotel is by the river and close to Menara Kuantan 188, famous cafes and restaurants, mosque, night markets.. all in a walking distance.. I miss this area so much. Enjoyed a morning brisk walk during sunrise.. such a beautiful view with boats passing by. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels in kuantan”
This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Got a smoking room this time so called the reception. They sent a Coway air purifier to our room. It really helped to eliminate the smell. We were satisfied with the cleanliness, service, toiletries given and the breakfast.

everything in walking distance. river & tower view at night is nothing to beat. hotel room size is decent, very comfortable bed, towel smells so niceee, good spread of breakfast, nice staffs from receptionist to the housekeeper. ample parking space. nothing to complain. definitely going to stay in Mega View again if we come to Kuantan.

Exceed Expectations”
I had one of the best stays here. From the outside, it's probably nothing much but inside is a whole different vibe. My room was comfortable, the shower was amazing but the highlight of my stay is the Micasa restaurant below, super-delicious food yet affordable, strategically located by the riverside and you can enjoy the lovely sea breeze. I had a memorable stay and would definitely come back here. Thank youuu :)
