Rooms are nice, but the odor inside the room when I opened the door was a bit disappointing after u go through the nice smelling floors. Very friendly stuff everywhere. Breakfest buffet doesnt left anything open. The dinner buffet incl.free flow of wine is amazing and you wish your stomach would be bigger to taste all dishes. Located near old town and the lake and near shopping destinations. I definitly will stay there again, even its not really a 5 star hotel. Wellness area need some upgrade.

Meet my expectation
The service is good as a five star hotel. Although all the water supply was suddenly cut in my room, the staff can provide immediate help that sending the engineer to come and providing another room for shower. The only disappointed thing is the small swimming pool. Also, the swimming pool seems a bit dirty.

Nice hotel at a good price
Everything about this hotel is good, rooms are good sized with all amenities, excellent staffs, very welcoming and positive approach by all staffs, good location, just walking distance from old quarters and many of the Hanoi's tourist attractions. Overall, very good choice at a reasonable price. Only disappointment were the lifts, not sure why and how they ended up with those small and ordinary lifts inside such a beautiful hotel. With 4-5 people, its already full and if you have luggage, then you don't have space to join other people in lift.
