Spacey room in a good location”

Mostly fine except the bathroom looks slightly old and the cleaner kept our door opened after they cleaned up

Overrated bad value for money ”

Regular room. Toilet leaking onto bathroom floor. Murky hallways. No complementary water in room. Charged me EUR 330 per night. Had to fight to get the room rate back down there the 186 EUR agreed.

Excellent hotel, thoroughly enjoyable stay”

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Melia Jardim Europa. It is an excellent hotel with good facilities and at a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, ok rooms, near restaurants ”

Good service, friendly staff,ok breakfast, I would recommend for the great location near all the new Itaim Bibi area where became one of the most frequented areas for the pretty young brazilian people...Also close to all the business places in the city of Sao Paulo

great value, big room, great location”

large rooms with very large desk, great for work small bathroom but not a big deal great facilities, full gym, small rooftop pool. great location, close to CBD, good restaurants nearby, supermarket, mini markets, pharmacy. bars for after work drinks just around the corner and nightlife not far away either. room service was not too good but as there are good restaurants in the area to cover this issue.

Nice hotel and staff in a nice building.”

Great part of town within a stones throw of the Veco Veija an old bar with a great scene and ice cold Skol beers served in cozies by friendly staff surrounded by lively locals. All this compliments the attitude of the Hotel staff as well. Rooms were nice and clean, just don't give the ironing lady your shirt 30min before the wedding you have to wear it at. Apparently Express in Brazilian terms is "sneak it in at their leisure the next morning".

Hotel too old for being 5 stars”

It should be a great hotel 20 years ago based on it design and technology. However, any 1 star hotel or hostel in Korea & China are better Pro: The breakfast is delicious, the room is big, pillow is comfort Con: The toilet is too small, TV is old, Elevator is old, reception is small

Very nice hotel, best location, many cool places around, walking distance to the parks, museums and shopping mall. Ice gym and a goof Pool with an amazing view. Love it!

This elegant clean hotel has spacious and confortable rooms. Great location - noble area near good restaurants, business & shopping areas. Get a quiet good night sleep in a confortable bed with good pillows.

Very polite and efficient front of house staff. Breakfast buffet is very good. Roof top gym and pool is superb. Rates are very reasonable compared to many of the others in the street offering the same level of standard.

Hotel muy bonito y espacioso”

El hotel lo reserve ya que estaba cerca de del aeropuerto domestico, y tambien estaba muy centrico por lo que tenias tiendas proximas para realizar compras y pasar el rato. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y con un buen servicio de cocina. Las habitaciones muy bien acondicionadas.
