We had booked here before and had a pleasant experience. After almost 3 years we came back and the place is almost empty and now managed by Reddoorz. No Security Guards. Not much amenities. The breakfast is just a plated 2pc longganisa cup of garlic rice and an egg. 3in1 coffee is the only coffee offered. They didnt clean our room but we didnt mind coz we really just slept in it and took baths so we just kept our towels on a hanger. Good side is the location, hot water on the shower and they do have a bidet that is useful not useless. There are some hotels that have bidets but are useless due to low water pressure or a clogged bidet. All in all, if you're going to vigan overnight to see the historical places as well as baluarte then its a decent place to stay in. But if you are looking to stay for a long period of staying in vigan search for other hotels around the area.

Terrible. It was night club just behind the door playing awful music till 1:30am. No sleep at all. Cakroaches in a bathroom, plastic mattress, and destroyed water heater and almost no cold water in a shower.

it was nice generally, except for the fact that water ran out, accordingly because of numerous guests using at the same time, hence, their tank needed to be re-filled. the hotel facilities are old and needs refurbishing. but the price, location and staff (and even the owner) were nice and accommodating. food in their resto was also good. and yes, I may consider booking the place again, though I wish the owners would consider facelifting.

I needed a cheap place to rest before driving back to Manila, therefore I just need a bed to sleep. Arlene at reception is friendly but was insisting I should have printed theooking. I told her that in today's world, printing is no longer required and showed her the PDF copy of the booking. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The water from the shower is barely flowing but enough to get me wet. The size of the room is ok, I was able to work despite the weird placement of the electrical outlet. There was a band playing around 10pm which sounded good, but if you're not into it, the noise is heavily leaking into the room and could be annoying. I was dead tired so I got to sleep. I didn't get to try the free breakfast because I left at 4am and there was no staff at the reception. Ashould include N/A in the survey as I placed 1 star in the rating despite not having tried it. I'm not holding my breath though. For the price I paid, I won't really complain as I've seen worse. It served the purpose, I got a good sleep which is what was important for me.
