1. No shoes allowed in the villa as the floors are marble. Guest will need to pay an inconvenience charge of RM100. 2. Late checkout is subjected to charges of RM50 per hour. Any checkout later then 2 hours, shall be considered as another day of stay and hence will be charged with full day rate. 3. Non Smoking Policy. Guests who are found smoking in their room will be subject to a RM 100 cleaning fee. 4. No pets allowed 5. Damage to the property will be subjected to charges. Guest will need to pay a Damage Deposit of RM 500 by Cash on arrival and return on the day check out. You must also acknowledge - Must climb stairs - Some spaces are shared - Surveillance or recording devices on property

Everything was perfect ”

The whole house was squeaky clean, sea view was fantastic, the environment was quiet and calm, hosts were friendly, bed was super huge and comfy and it feels just like home. Everything you need for a stay or getaway is here! Hope to be there again! ❤️
