this was my first trip to the lam dong provence and the people at memories really made this trip a great oner for me. the staff was so attentive, so warm and friendly. there wasn't any request they wouldn't help me on with a big genuine smile. from food whenever i wanted, taking care of all my laundry (getting out stains others couldn't) to booking local or in country travel they did it all. they handled everything with such care they made me feel like family. i traveled from bao loc city - nha trang back to bao loc - hcmc and then back to bao loc, they handled all my travel and each time i came back to memories and bao loc city over a two week period i felt like i was coming home. the help i received from the manager with my non english speaking appointments was invaluable, she made doing business in lam dong a pleasure.

1 night at Bao Loc with Memories”
Memories Hotel is located at Highway 20 and 3 km from the center of Bao Loc city. This hotel standard 2 *. There is quite spacious and airy yard. The restaurant (serving breakfast) is downhill - the prices are relatively cheap. The room is also spacious, nice view & have amenities inroom, hot water with good pressure, soft duvet & pillow, fan only (i am not sure if they have AC room or not but the air over here very comfortable). Reception at Floor 4 ??? Room floor is down & up stair. It is a little bit confuse if that is the first time you come here. Have Elevator. Attendants are polite enough for your question. Not too friendly. Bao Loc city does not have too many attractions or entertainment (except Dambri waterfall resort is quite far from the city center and has full service on site) so most visitors choose Bao Loc is rest stop, few people choose to stay (except those who like peaceful). Value for money!

This hotel was weird. Bao Loc is weird. Felt like we were in a documentary set in North Korea. Empty hotel... Rooms were clean and the view is nice. It does the job.

not everything what is lighting is gold!”
Very friendly stuff, but poor breakfast. In the looking is written incl. Breakfast, but you can choose from Menü only one small meal like omlette and there is no drink ( coffe ) included, Just by extra charge! The Hotel is in a very quiet area, but in the Hotel the walls are very think, so you can hear everything! First evening, i had no hot water, just after contacting the stuff! Second day i came back in the late afternoon and they didnt make up my room! Then again only just for about 5 min hot water.they have massagebathtube, but you cant really use It, because hot water nkt enough to fill it full. Always have to wait 15 min till you get hot water again for about 2 min. Bao loc food more expensive then in ho chi Minh, really ridiculous! I wohl never go there again!

Very basic, OK for one night”
Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Shower is luke warm. Close to the bus station which is an advantage since Bao Loc has a very elongated main road. Good local restaurants nearby. Had food in the hotel restaurant once which was awful (food tasted spoiled).

only one - two night”
when I arrived, i speak with hotel manager, about motobike for rent, but she difficult understand me. Price was high, for old motorbike, i rent in other place for cheap and new. Restaurant not working, no have kitchen. Very good tea, for free. Window was locked, NOT OPENED! VERY STRANGE DESIGN. NO HAVE BALCONY ON MOUNTAIN, balcony only on the road view. They call it garden view, but there is only car and walls, no tree, no flowers (Vietnam style garden?)

Very Welcoming and friendly hotel”
.A very pleasant and restful one night stay. Reception staff were welcoming courteous and efficient. In the roome there was tea, soft drinks and noodles. (No coffee). My only complaint was that i got two very cold fried eggs. i mentioned this on leaving, and was thanked for telling them and assured that they would look into it. I would go again.

The stay not so nice..quiet surroundings, but very think walls, could hear other customer in the hotel! Cold water first evening, second day didnt make up my room when i came back late Afternoon. Just after advise and waiting 30 min Thea came go clean room. Second eve just hot satervfor couple of min, then have to wait always about 10 min to get hot water back for masybe 1-2 min. Anyway, the whole City is nothing special, just More expensive then hcm and most local, dirty Restaurants! I would not go there anymore!

Next to a big road, even with a big yard in between there are still noises and rumbling at night”
The place locates at a convenient enough location for me, but I can’t stand all the noises and rumblings from the street nearby. Toilet was OK, with good running water. Reasonably priced.

The hot water system need to be improved, they used solar system, therefore there were no hot water in some rooms. I prefer their shower separate or has a divide from the toilet, so the whole bathroom doesn't get all wet every time after the shower. However, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Always willing to assists.

Far from town center, not worth the money”
This hotel is more suitable for caravan and motor group travellers (have free bike wash service), not for solo/couple/family. Room was dirty, everything in the room was in low quality, which is motel quality, not hotel. The walls were thin so dont expect any isolation, there were no noise isolation at all. I can even here the fan in the next room and footsteps from above, can’t even sleep. The staffs sucks and not helpful, we booked rooms with mountain view but received courtyard view, which was expected to be cheaper but had to pay the same money of mountain view. Overall, wouldnt stay here again!
