Great hotel”
Great hotel with a load of character . Near to everything including the old town and shopping. Hotel has nice pool and good all round service. Large and clean rooms. All in all a very pleasurable experience. Hoi An itself is beautiful and lovely people once your out of the city . Would definitely stay here again! During our stay, we saw a young couple complained about airport pick-up service. They requested it should be free as hotel staff didn't inform when they checked in. It was unbelievable as the hotel already mentions it on both their own website and Agoda.

Nice hotel for price range - good location”
i really enjoyed my stay here. for me this was a really good location. 10minute bicycle ride to the beach and 5 minute ride into town. staff were always lovely to me. room was cleaned everyday and great addition was having a pool to cool down in - it gets so hot here. the pool wasnt the cleanest but didn't bother me. more of a backpacker vibe here than family hotel, but certainly not a party atmosphere which was nice. hoi an is an amazing town, i didn't want to leave.

Very comfortable stay”
Me and my girlfriend stayed for 3 nights was great. Big rooms and well priced. Friendly staff and very helpful with all our requests that we had. We loved cruising around on the new push bikes. Best way to get around hoi an! Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel by recommendation from great hotel in Hanoi- Thaison Palace Hotel. yes, this hotel could not be as great as Thaison Palace in Hanoi but it still the best hotel in Hoi An. Room was so nice, clean and very friendly staff. With the amount we paid we were satisfied with all.

I had a very nice 4 night stay at the greenfield hotel. I think some of these low scores were from people who had bad experiences in the dorms. I paid for my own room and had a very pleasant 4 night stay. Very comfortable room. Close location to everything. Helpful and great staff. I will stay here the next time in in Hoi an

The best”
I stayed at this hotel in 2006 and again in 2009. The location is really good. You can walk to the middle of Hoi An with an enormous amount of restaurants and tailers. You can also rent a bike and work your way to a lovely beach in 15 minutes. The swimmingpool is nice and clean and the staff is very helpfull.

Nice hotel close to old town!”
We stayed in Hoi An for 2 days and chose this hotel for the location. The staff is always on hand, helpful and accommodating. Rooms is well-kept and large. The pool area is also a nice place to spend a day in the sun. The hotel represents value for money, and we have no hesitation recommending it to other travelers.

Great travellers hotel with pool”
We loved this place. A great travellers hotel with a mix of lots of friendly people. Everyone was very social and would hang around the pool chatting or head out together in the evening, so it was a great place to meet people. Pool was nice and clean. Our room was large, clean and airy with a balcony and comfortable double bed. Excellent value for the money. Staff were all friendly and lovely to deal with. A very short bike ride or walk into old town, just off the main busy area. Bikes and motorbikes were available for rent through the hotel. Overall a great place to stay, especially if you are looking to meet other travellers but want a nicer option than dorms (although I think they have some dorm type rooms as well). Maybe not the best place if you are looking to have a quiet relaxing time about the pool. Although they did have bungalows in the back you could upgrade to with a much quieter, exclusive pool if that's the type of thing you're looking for. For us though this was a great find, highly recommend!

Excellent value”
Five star service near Old Town. Cheap, nice, clean, comfortable rooms, good location, and most of all, friendly and helpful service by Phuong and Vy. Good advice given about tours and things to do in Hoi An without being pushy trying to sell you something you do not want. Bicycles in good working condition are provided for a short ride to the beach.

Had a fantastic time at Green Field Hotel”
We had a fantastic time at the hotel, it is situation only 5 mins walk from the city and there is plenty of shops on the way to occupy your time. We had an amazing room, we were very surprised by how big and clean it was. Really excellent breakfeast with full of different choices of food. staff were friendly, with the exception of the manager at that time. Nothing to complain about. There are some negative reviews, a bit suprised or they minght be unlucky :)?. We will surely visit this place next time.

excellent hotel - great location”
as soon as we checked into the green field hotel we were instanly welcomed with excellent customer service. our room wasnt ready as we were early so the staff gave us some snacks and fresh juice. we were then taken to our room where they had decorated the room with flowers, petals on the bead and and swan shaped towells! the pool was lovely and overall very clean hotel. there was a constant noise that sounded like heating water that was heard from the room, not loud enough to keep you awake though. the staff were eager to help and push bikes were only vnd for whole day! (approx 1usd)about 15 min walk to the beautiful old quarter and about 15 mins on push bike to beach. we are a couple backpacking so werent expecting luxury but would definately recommend. lots of backpackers stayed here and some families.

Great staff, nice location”
We had a great stay at Green Field, it was the perfect location as the bus from Hue dropped us off right in front of the door (coincidence) on a rainy day so we didn't have to trudge around looking for our hotel. The location is only about 5 min walk from the east side of the city center and is on the way to the beach. The staff was the best part, they helped us with transfers, rentals, things to do, transport and flights and even got me to a doctor for a tooth infection right away. The room is clean and quiet and pool was nice as well as the spa which we frequented a couple times. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is look ing for a nice, cheap option for Hoi An.

Good location and service for price”
Eat at Bale Well!!! It's in old Hoi AN. skip the breakfast unless you want to save money (it's included) because it's a weird limited buffet, but there is a GREAT pho stand that opens at 7am right outside on the left, super cheap and delish. The walk to Old Town is easy if you like walking. The staff was very helpful. Skip the DVD rental because the DVD selection isn't the best and the DVD player was broken. But cable TV and AC are nice to come back to after sightseeing for the day. The travel agent is helpful and gets good prices for flights. The internet is a little sketchy, use the 2 left computers, they work better. It's a little run down but if you book on agoda, so good, especially if you were in a triple or 2 doubles and split the cost. WE enjoyed our stay, but mostly really enjoyed Hoi An. The cooking class we bought through them was great!

Great Hotel on outskirts of town”
The hotel was great, clean and comfortable. Located a 20 minute walk from central Hoi an, we found the Greenfields hotel to be an affordable and comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and had a great approach. Our room was located on the 2nd floor with a balcony, queen size bed, TV with cable and a large bathroom. Breakfast was served at the restaurant consisting of omlette, eggs or baguettes. Each evening the poolside restaurant offer 3 FREE cocktails for each guest staying in the hotel. Staff were a great help in assisting us with shopping and tours.

Clean hotel with good breakfast”
we stayed in a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony, and found it to be quiet, clean, and nice. the breakfast was a nice feature considering they offer 3 ways to have your eggs. the tour desk was convenient, and not pushy, however, they only use one bus company.... also, a bit pushy with the spa, and tailor shops. we also didn't like the fact that they punished us for wanting to stay an extra night. overall, a great stay.

Stayed for a whole week, Brillaint hotel! ”
This was by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in Vietnam! The reception staff was great and our room was cleaned everyday without fail! Wifi was ok the room, room service is great and we spent a lot of time near the pool and met great people. We rented bikes for cheap from the hotel too. I would definitely recommend for good value for money, great services and cleanliness. Only a short walk away from the centre.
