Exceptional”
Very clean, nice decor and shared facilities. Homestay is full with other guests with children on the day we stayed. So we were woke by noise and dog barking very early in the morning, before 6am. Not the fault of the homestay, so we just consider ourselves a bit "unlucky".

Very Comfortable Stay”
It's best to have your own transport if you were to travel around Kuantan while staying here. Location wise it's located roughly midway to all nearby tourist attractions, with travelling time upwards of 20 minutes by driving, hence having your own transport is essential. However peaceful area and right next door is a supermarket. If you can pay the supermarket an hour's visit you can find surprises too in terms of stocking up for supplies and also getting local snacks for either own munching and/or as a gift. Being a Malaysian, the peanut snack that I bought home was very well received by my parents who both commented it tasted like their childhood memories. Facilities wise everything is very clean and well maintained. No hassle whatsoever if you want to cook your own meals. The verandah is an extra bonus for those who like to chill after a whole day of travelling, extra extra extra brownie points for the absolutely friendly golden retriever.

The location situated in the middle of attraction places in Kuantan, around half an hour driving journey. The staff is super helpful in any queries. Facilities are super comfy, relax and chill living hall. I would stay here again if I visit Kuantan.

Saya suka tempat ini!!! I love this place so much! At first i was skeptical towards homestay but this homestay really mesmerised me. It was so beautiful, it has a peaceful garden and the owner played a sentimental songs to compliments the surroundings. I felt so peaceful and serenaded. The kitchen was great, it has full necessities. Owner even provide rice for guest to cook on their own. Toilet was clean, just like the hotel. I love it. Memory homestay is the best homestay i ever stayed. I will be back with friends next time. Thank you memory homestay. You’re the best!

Luxury Place with Affordable Price”
Highly recommended. Cool and green scenery, a perfect place for tourist who wants to be near city but still can feel the nature. Got a dog guarding the homestay but it only guard in small area where the owner already built a fence and house for it. Thing i do like the most is the accomodation. All basic amenities are availavable for you e.g: TV, rice cooker, fridge, microwave, dinning room etc. The best part is the owner using branded toiletries. It feels good, like home. The room are nice and clean. The owner name Jack, a friendly person. Thats all, thank you.

The only con is the homestay's location is 20(+/-) mins from town area. But if you drive car, should be no problem. Owner has a cute golden retriever. Can play around with it. Top cleanliness. Parking is not an issue. The room is quite big. Quite surroundings during night time. The homestay owner very well-mannered. I don't like to write review but this homestay totally worth every compliments. Trust me, except the location, you won't regret staying there.

Awesome place to crash but not for your park!”
Firstly, its awesome place for you to rest + quietly place just nice for you (except for barking dogs around). With the facilities provide its awesome with the low price. For the first look, seriously its awesome guys. But, when the morning when I checkout, something happen at my ride (Motorbike). It got scratched + the handle is crooked damage + the lever brake also got damage + the bike position is change and not the same way when first I park. The park is provide then inside the house park. Its so disappointing for me as I believe my motorbike is safe without any happen. I couldn't ask the owner that morning because I was so late for my appointment that day. But it leave mark inside that I would never stay there anymore. For me, its irresponsible manner that should keep customer motorbike/car in safe way. As per Solo/Business traveler, the motorbike condition is crucial for me and always take a good care of the bike. I give all 5 star except the facilities.

Everything seems perfect except when we're arrived at the place, there's no one waiting for us and we have to wait for almost more than 30 minutes until the owner came. And other tenants also did their laundry in the middle of the night which is really nuisance and disturbing cause our room is next to the kitchen where the machine is located. Overall, the facilities provided are well maintained and the house is very clean.

no housekeeping throughout the few days I stayed. tropical rain storm one evening resulted in my bedroom in inch-deep water. far, very far from town, even further from the beach! friendly staff
