The first n the last”
Got a very horrible room. No bed provided only the matress! Have tv but no remote available. Room looked like has been abandoned. No maintainance at all! The towel got stain. The pillow covers were dirty. Room not fit at all to be called as hotel room.

Hard to Find Location”
I am not a frequent traveler to Kelantan especially around Kota Bharu. I have booked this hotel earlier and payment has been made. I drove my car around the city multiple times, but I couldn't find its exact location. I even asked people around but still failed. I called the phone number which brought me to operator but no one answered. I didn't know that this hotel is one of OYO's many branches. I kept looking for this hotel till 7pm. Desperate for a space to sleep, I was grateful as my brother's in-laws were happily to receive my mom and I for one night stay at their home. I definitely won't book this hotel anymore.

Clean, simple, just what I needed”
I went to Kota Bharu to renew my Thai business visa and the embassy is a few minutes walk from the hotel so it was perfect. I had my own shower and toilet which was basic but who needs more from just a one nights stay?! The bed was large and comfy and the room was nice to spend the evening relaxing watching movies after shopping at the mall which they called a taxi for me to go to. Would recommend for anyone doing the same as me! The staff are sweet too, family run.

Welcomed by an old lady with a very pleasant treat. Very helpful in guiding me about the transportation in Kota Bharu. The room was just nice for a standard queen bed. Accommodate with water heater, TV, kettle, two sachets of complimentary coffee, overall was a good deal and value for money.

My stay was very memorable, interesting and nice. Stay here is the best choice because there have many parking for cars, quiet surrounding, very comfortable room even for standard room, included with many facilities in the room like Television, air conditioning , not share bathroom, cabinet, hanger, cup, spoon and plate and towel. We also can ask for iron from the staff and their service very fast. 5 minutes only. At counter area, they sell mineral water and etc and this really make us happy because it makes easier to us when at night to get cold water. We also can choose either want to tidy our room or not. Everything was interesting here. Thank You Menara One Hotel give the lowest price with good services and well facilitated hotel to us. I will stay here again and come back to Kelantan again and again.

This hotel is located at the town center of Kota Bahru. My customer's office is just a street away. Easy to locate and finding food is not a problem. Nice and helpful staff. The room is small but fairly new and clean.

clean and good size room.hotel is quite weird location, behind New Pacific Hotel. Overall, room is clean and quite new.We had all these at this hotel.. This hotel has on site parking, so that was convenient.Close with the famous restaurant(kopitiam kita).Worth it...we will come again..

Hotel is a bit in a middle of nowhere, 20 minutes walk to city centre. There are other budget hotels located near city centre, near the bus station. Having said that, there is a convenient kopitiam and bar a short distance from the hotel. All in all, good value. Just one thing, during the day, the mattresses in the rooms get a bit to warm, it traps heat during the day. At night it is ok

Receptionist is really helpful. He arranged city history tour and tell me good local restaurants. It's 15minutes walk from Bus station, so not close to the city. Shower is hot enough, but bathroom is very narrow. They have small kiosk near the reception, so you can get water, snacks and cup noodles there.Appreciate the hospitality and staff personalisation given. Definitely will come again. No doubt! And thumbs up!!

no problem found, the room was clean, staffs were friendly, location are less crowded but still near the city centre. they even provide amenities like shampoo and soap (although) its very basic but for RM50 per night, i can say it is a good showcase of effort.
