My college buddies really enjoyed our stay here due to its accessibility to all basic needs such as restos, bars and most importantly this beachfront spot offers decent and cozy room either for couples or for large groups. We'll definitely go back here.

perfect homey experience ”
The place will definitely give you like a rest house experience with lots of plants or trees around. The only problem was the mosquitoes but we were able to manage it because we brought citronella. The staffs were really accommodating.

If you need a place to stay in White Beach, this place’s location is perfect. Near the nightlife but just far enough so that the noise doesn’t reach you. Although if you want a view of the beach, this place wouldn’t be for you. But aside from that, it’s perfect.

Nice place to stay. Our room was inside the place with balcony and garden view. Well it's just 2-3 minute walk from the room going to white beach so basically it's almost Beachfront. The food they're selling is good. We'll definitely book again

Beach Front Property”
Mendelluke is one of the few beach front properties in White Beach. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is hot and cold water in the bathroom. Room is spacious enough. The only down side is the water pressure is not that great. But overall stay is great! Will definitely come back!

For a beach-front property, this was one of the lowest compared to the others because we got the discounted rate. The property itself does not look like the photos anymore (e.g. no colorful tables, just plain white plastic ones). We did notice a lot of flies around the property. WIFI: If you happen to be assigned the room at the ground floor, don't expect the WIFI to be detected if at all. We just opted to use our mobile data. It was also not offered when we arrived. I wouldn't have known about the WIFI if I did not ask. IN-HOUSE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING & STAFF: We only stayed one night but I didn't really feel the presence of the staff that much. Although they accommodated us when we arrived earlier than check-in time, there was no place to leave our belongings safely (their "concierge" is just the open bar type in the corner) so we had to lug it around while looking for a place to eat. They didn't offer to store our belongings either so there is a lack of customer service. We used their public restroom since we couldn't check-in yet (they were till cleaning the room). It is very small, dirty, with no lock from the inside, no light, no tissue. When asked a question, the staff would always answer "I don't know. Chat FB messenger because my child is the one operating that and they would know the answer to your questions." -- I was asking about QR code or any other requirements for leaving the island. BATHROOM TOILETRIES/ROOM AMENITIES: They provided 1 sachet of shampoo with conditioner, a small soap and small toothpaste. No disposable toothbrush which is something that I think is basic . No room slippers were provided. and there is a lack of rugs to wipe the floor or your feet with. SHOWER: water heater was not working. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: I didn't see this in the room. I didn't really need it but it was featured on the page. AIR CONDITIONING: it kept making weird sounds and turning off. Something about their switch, which is piece of plastic you insert some

We are very satisfied with the place, staffs were accomodating, and the place is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Our experience and stay was great. I will recommend this place to my friends if ever they decide to have a vacation in puerto galera. Even though the place is somewhere far from the port, we were able to enjoy our stay because it was quiet and not that crowded compared to other places especially at noon and near the port. They even allowed us to rest/stay in their area because we arrived earlier than our check in and got home past our check out time. Our unfortunate problem with our stay is the malfunction of the aircon at one room that we occupied. Although they replaced it, the replacement was not able to cool the room. Overall, we are really satisfied and will book again here!!! Kudos Mendelluke Suites!

Best value for money in White Beach.”
Booked this hotel last minute with my boyfriend when we went to Puerto Galera on a random weekend getaway. Had a bit of a problem looking for the hotel, but the staff was kind enough to be on the phone with us and give us directions. We got disappointed when we were checking in on time as the previous guests staying in our room took around 2 hours to pack up their things. They gave us a temporary room though while we waited for the guests to leave. We appreciated their courtesy, but I hope next time Mendelluke double checks and makes sure that guests aren't overstaying for free and if they are, the next guests are informed about it so there's no overlapping. The hotel is just along the coast of White Beach, walking distance to all dining and drinking places. If you're planning on doing water activities in White Beach (jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat, etc.) and going out during the night, this is the hotel to book. It's cheap, easily accessible, not to mention we enjoyed staying in their attic room that comes with your very own balcony overlooking the beach. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in White Beach, but this is by far my favorite. There's just a slight problem with the mosquitoes in our little suite upstairs, but nothing that a mosquito repellant can't fix. I just hope the hotel would be kind enough to provide it to their guests in mini packs. Will definitely book again if we're on a tight budget and just want to be away from Manila over the weekend!

My place in Puerto Galera”
Mendelluke Suites is perfect if you have young kids since it is away from the noise of the parties of Galera. I requested room of ground level for my son's safety and it was granted right away. The staff is so helpful! They even helped me hang my laundry (yes, i did laundry for my husband and son). There is no hot water and cups/plates that can be seen but you can ask the staff if you need them. Overall, it was relaxing and memorable family outing. My son loves the "ikot-ikot" (overhead fan) :)

Great location and great staff”
Our family of traveled to Puerto Galera for the weekend, apart from the fun activities we did, staying at Mendelluke made it even more awesome. Great staff and great location (in the not too noisy part of the island esp at night). Family room has a small refrigerator, best for families who likes to bring or buy lots of food while on vacation. Will definitely stay again!
