Friendly helpful staff, who helped accomodate my needs to a different room with more privacy for my 7day stay. Good breakfast. Beautiful ambience. Very happy with everything so far :) and would recommend! It’s a little bit of a walk to the Main Street but still ok and restaurants nearby. Try Siboghana Waroeng - house of mandala ease - most delicious vegetarian restaurant not far from Menzel.

Amazing stay”
Amazing stay in Menzel Ubud! Lovely environment, beautifully arranged and well kept. I love my Jepun room, it was big with king size bed, living room and terrace facing the river. The room is very clean, stylish with complete facilities, including the super fast wifi. The service is brilliant, the staffs are super friendly, and do everything to ensure the best of stay experience in Menzel. Breakfast has great variations with more than enough portion to keep guests full until afternoon. Pool is small but beautiful, with warm water. The downside is only the small broken road going to Menzel. I hope they will fix it soon.

Beautiful accomodation ”
The whole place is beautiful - the rooms, the pools, the gardens, the spa and lobby. The food was great and affordable as were the massages. The location is a little far for walking but perfect for scooter. Only issue was the rooms were not 100% sealed so we got some mozzies. So very affordable though and staff so freindly

Stayed for a week wish it was a month”
New property (August 2019) pretty much faultless. Couple of minor construction finer touches to be attended to such as properly locking guest room sliding doors. STaff excellent, always greeting with genuine friendliness. Would highly recommend.

Very Tranquil”
The Location is off the beatean track but worth the quietness. Although the neighboring rooster wasn't very quiet. Very botique with a beautiful atmoshere. and the staff were lovely. Rooms very clean and quaint. The restaurant had a good variety and definitely a good price. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Leisure”
If you love quiteness and calmness then this is a perfect place for you. The location a little bit inside alley so it takes a while to go to the main road. But this place is so relaxing, the paddy field view is so nice.. The rooms also quite big and enough for us. Would love to come back!

Love the place, great staffs and services. We got a room upgraded and fully honeymoon decoration. The location is kinda hard to get to main street without a driver. If you book a private driver during you stay should be no problem.

the location is insane, very bad road and narrow ”
positive: - beautiful view fr bungalow - friendly staff (house keeping tim) - spacious room negative: - very bad road, secluded villa w/ very hard access, bumpy road only fit one car - the FO staff are not friendly at all, they offer us to stay in cheaper room compared to the room we've booked, and sat that they give me an UPGRADE. scam! - no TV available, SAD, the marketing offer me to rent the TV which is 75k/ day, i meannnnn whaaaat - the Breakfast is ala card only nasi goreng and mie goreng - the pool is small and side to side with the hotel lobby very uncomfortabld - i just expected to much fr this hotel i guess... gd bye

Location is very far and not convenient at all. The road to the hotel is very bumpy and narrow. It's not close to the centre and if you're just walking it takes you almost an hour to get back to Ubud centre. The size of the room is small and the toilet design is just weird. The water splashes out to everywhere. There's also no TV inside. And the door lock is a really bad design. Totally not worth the price for that standard and location. A lot in Ubud centre is so much more convenient and cheaper.

I was very disappointed to get there and have a ton of garbage/terrible sewage smell right outside my room. The only way to get fresh air is to open the windows or balcony, but the view is of garbage. The smell was too much for me. I left. The staff were very kind though.
