Good location”
It is located in very near to Dublin castle and shopping center. The room is big and clean. The downside is only the noise from the pub on the ground floor of the restaurant but I am OK with it. It's not too disturbing.

Hotel in the heart of Dublin - very helpful staff”
Loved our Stay here. Was very central to everything in Dublin within a 10-15 minute walk max (3 minutes to temple bar). Was great for busses. Staff there went above and beyond. The guy who works overnight very helpful and always a willing to lend a hand. Called multiple places for us and reccomended places. Girl who worked PM was willing to help out as well. Asked for extra towels one day and she personally delivered them. Very impressed!

Big room, good location”
The hotel located near Dublin castle, Trinity collage and shopping center. However, it's a bit noisy at night because of the pub downstairs the hotel, but it's OK for me.

Good central location but noisy pub downstairs”
Had room on top (4th) floor...very warm without any air-conditioning during the day. Had to borrow a fan to cool off. Luckily I was gone for most of the day but I could feel the residual heat that was locked in until I turned the fan on. Pub noise downstairs was very loud at night until well after 1AM. Also, room decor was disappointing than what's shown on website. Only good point is its central location- walkable to Temple Bar district, Trinity College, Dublin Castle.

Stay was comfortable, pub noise was terrible”
The saturday noise/music, bottles crashing due to the pubs downstairs was really bad. Couldn't sleep until 4am in the morning. The windows did not seem to be properly secured. The staff was friendly , and was approachable. The receptionist volunteered calling for a cab while checking out. The location was centralized to the shops, trinity college, St Stephen green park, Dublin castle, Temple Bar, which was absolutely convenient to walk.

The staff are very friendly and down to earth. They are also very prompt with orders and fixing problems. The location is right in the middle of the city with lots to do once you exit the hotel. Going back here on my next trip!

A pleasant stay in a very comfortable room”
A warm and friendly welcome from Lisa on reception and allocated a very pleasant well furnished room. My room faced out onto to Dame Street and this tends to have a lot of traffic noise from early morning so try and get a room to the back of the hotel. Rather disappointed in that although breakfast was not included I decided to go to their dining room for breakfast and fifteen minutes after placing my order there was no sign of breakfast with two waitresses busy talking to each other so I got up and left without breakfast. This hotel is ideally located to explore the entire city centre on foot.

Nice stay in Dublin”
The hotel overall was great and we enjoyed staying there. It is a little difficult to find at first, but the location is fantastic as it is in the heart of the nightlife are. The downside is that is a little noisy when trying to sleep. The hotel staff were also fantastic as they were very helpful and friendly. They gave my wife and I several ideas on where to go in the area and we were not disappointed. I would stay here again.

Great hotel ”
Very central location great staff and the breakfast was great. I won't be booking through Agoda again as I had to cancel one night and found it very difficult to do this because their automated phone service didn't work properly. I was charged a cancellation fee when I eventually cancelled on the website. Better to book direct as the hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Great staff!! great location with access to the Express Aircoach taking to the Airport within a few minutes and the ticket can be purchased at the reception for 7 Euro. It takes 40 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel is located at the heart of downtown. Breakfast was good.

Best place for people who need to frequent pubs every night”
First the good thing. Location is amazingly good. Right smack in the centre of the city and a stone's throw away from Temple bar with it's dozens of pubs. Not good is the fact that there's a pub below this hotel. And it never quietens down untill around 3 am. Not recommended for Business travellers who needs to work the next day but great if you are planning to drink yourself silly for a weekend and need to just spend 5 minutes to reach your bed. Breakfast was good

horrible quality of beds”
Room was very noisy on first floor- there were 3 single beds that needed mattresses To be replaced. One of them maybe about 5 years ago - unable to sleep on them. The beds were on wheels separate from headboards and hence could not sit without them rolling. Street noise is so loud that Hotel keeps earplugs in the room. Great location though!

It is closed to the city centre, bus stop nearby transferring to the airport. everywhere from this hotel is walkable distant. Staff is quite friendly A bit noisy at night for weekends.

Perfect for a short stay in Dublin”
This is a great place to stay. For those of you who are light sleepers the noise outside might be a problem, but for me the compromise was fine - being close to the city centre was great.
