Below expectation
When we booked this hotel, we were really excited that this hotel has a late check out option as our flight was much later at night. Despite we have booked the hotel much earlier, our request cannot be accomodated although many rooms were checked out. What's worse is the air condition in the room does not function at all. We have lowered the temperature to 10-15 degree yet the room is still so hot.

Love Amsterdam and this hotel was ideal for us.
Cleanliness, location, affordable.
Really loved this hotel, very clean, large rooms compared to other Amsterdam hotels. Very good value for money. Didn't use the bar or restaurant but the menus looked good.

Good and helpful service
The hotel is quite closed to the center.
the rooms are clean and save. it is also very close to the center of the city. the receptionists are helpful and communicate well in english, so people who can't speak dutch won't get trouble in finding information or in asking for help. it is also good to rent the hotel bikes to go around the neighborhood even though the rent fee is quite expensive.

Nice& cozy
Room & decorations
this hotel is a bit crowded but it does not effect the privacy anyway. location is good, not too far from the squre (by bus). average service. my reservation does not include breakfast, so i can't give any comments. brick path to the hotel is not good for luggage with wheels since it make noise and hard to control.
