Great hotel chain with cooperate brand image ”

We are travelling around Napoli and surrounding cities. Mercure allows me to leave my luggage at Mercure Garibaldi. This allow me to travel lighter.

Friendly staff, convenient location”

If you go to Naples by boat, that is the choice because tje hotel is within minutes walk to the port. (Or just take the Alibus from the airport, only €5. ) It is close to the metro too, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good location in Naples”

This hotel is very close to the port which makes it easy for travel to Capri or other islands. It is also within walking distance of the Centro Storico which makes an interesting stroll through the narrow streets. The hotel has some nice sunny rooms that face onto the street, unfortunately ours was facing onto an internal courtyard, but we didn't plan to stay in our room other than for sleeping, so it was not a problem. The room was very clean, the staff at reception were very friendly and breakfast was fine with plenty to choose from. It can be taken on the terrace overlooking the Castel Nuovo.

The hotel is next to the pier. during breakfast time we sat outside with nice view except the castle next to the hotel is renovating. The distance was walkable to the pier to take ferry to islands. We came to hotel late which I already made note for late check in. When we arrived hotel, rooms were all ready which we only needed to present our passport, overall took us 10 mins to get to the room. Next to the hotel theres very nice restaurant. The food was good and just two minutes walk back to hotel. I would choose this again.

The friendly staff made the first great impression while checking in. It was a great experience staying at the hotel for the wonderful location. The main attractions are all within walk distance. When you feel tired, you can simply reach your hotel and have some rest. For the price, you really can't ask for more! !!

OK, for a stay in Naples”

If you are staying in Naples, this hotel is not bad... Please though, go to Capri... much better than spending time in Naples centre

Good location but small room”

Located in the central Napoli, the traffic in front of the hotel is quite busy. Friendly staff but the room is rather small

Nice clean hotel in an otherwise dirty city”

The hotel is located in easy walking distance of both the main shopping strip, and the ferry pier. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The room was clean with a small balcony. Recommend this hotel for its room size to the price paid.

Room is nice and location is good for people walk around the center of Naples and get to the port to Capri island.

Business Style Hotel”

The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from the University metro station. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff is welcoming, fast and efficient. If you have a car, there is no parking by the hotel and you'll have to use one of the parking garages nearby. There are a couple of them close by but they run €20.

Great location,helpful staff and moderate price. There is a large supermarket quite close (via. Medina) open late.

a great choice”

in an old building, its ultra-modern inside with all the bells and whistles. A lovely breakfast (unfortunatelyit was too cold to eat on the terrace, overlooking the castle). The staff were all very helpful with our tourist questions and in making dinner reservations. Conveniently located a block from harbor for ferries and bus to airport.

Good hotel for two nights, clean rooms and brilliant staff. They renovated the reception while we were there but still the book in and out was very fast!

Located near port”

The room was very nice and the staff were always very helpful recommending places to eat answering my many questions. It is close to the palace, and castle and about 15 minute walk to historic center. Water damage in the hallways did not look good or that it had been attended to.

I enjoyed the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is fairly centrally situated.

Nice and pleasant stay”

It was a good stay. Location was very central and accessible to public transport and walkable to the major streets.

Hotel is ok. ”

Stayed here for 2n. Some of the staffs are very nice and some not so. Only comment I have which affected me greatly was upon check-out when they ignored my request to change the reflect Euro as the transactional currency for my non-Euro credit card. The reply I received was something along the lines "it was automatic from the machine". I pressed on a few times and gave up as it wasn't getting anywhere and the staff gave me the impression that I don't know what I'm talking about. Will I stay here again - no - as the staff's ignorance and unhelpfulness has costed me more than necessary.
