    Stay was great, room had everything we needed. We had a late check out and they let us use a room to shower and get changed which was very helpful! Nice pool, tasty breakfast, convenient beach shuttle to its own beach area. Very happy with our choice!

    Pros, it was a clean hotel but the staff do not have very good English The buffet was extremely overpriced and there breakfast was just eggs based, $55 dollars for the buffet and it was just noodles and some meat, we were told by a staff member that the pizza oven was open until 6pm when we arrived at 4.30 the manager said we would have to purchase the buffet again at another $55. For the size of the hotel it should have a better food and drink shop, there is littarly a glass cabinet at the bottom of the elevator with some pot noddles and a packet of chips no water, u have to buy that from the bar st $3 for a small bottle, will definitely not be back here again.

    location a little far, the room wasn't well prepared for us even we did late check in”
    we stayed for 1 night and did a late check in, we found that the location of the hotel was a little far, and once we did check in, we found the washroom was leaking into near the bedroom, the sink was dirty and had a lot of mosquitos inside the room, luckily the front office staff was able to help and gave us some compensation. in general, the facilities are good and the staffs are friendly.

    Too pricy for low level of service”
    I booked one room for family of 3 but they didn't provide toilettries according the number of the people staying. Seems like the staff didn't check my booking details. They even misunderstood with "honeymoon" kinf of decoration and provided everything double. While it should be triple. The number of towels were not enough. I even had to call the staff twice. There are not enough mineral water, they provided it with can but they don't provide the can opener. Should I break the bottle to drink that mineral water? Come on, please fix your service!! The price for one night was around Rp1.500.000, too much for this kind of level. The room is a bit old, not clean enough, even the bathroom has a difficult design, since the door was difficult to be opened. I wont ever stayed anymore in this hotel. If you want a pricy hotel, please not this one. It doesn't make sense.

    book 4 rooms, 3 rooms' AC is dewy, all blanket, door handle and floor became wet in the morning. they charge breakfast even though the room max cap is 2 persons. they promise to refund but never happen. the food is tasteless. location good, swimming pool good.

    We asked two room with connecting door at least side by side. First staff who served us easily saying, no room available side by side. That's it!. After arguing, the other front office staff was kind enough to take it over and we can get side by side room.

    Old facility , smell on the pillow and bed. Within my 7 nights stay , I only saw the face towel for first night. Breakfast is bed , same budget u can buy a better one in outside restaurant. Staff attitude , fair. Room layout , not really like it. Especially the sink is in the room not in the bathroom.

    I spent here at Mercure Nusa Dua for 3 days to attend my friend's wedding. Didn't have any problems with the check-in process and not for a long time we can get into our room directly. After stepping in to our room, the air conditioner was so freaking cold, which is a good thing for me but not to my wife :). Then i stepped in to the bathroom, here's where our disappointment started, there were 2 towels hanging , and it so dirty, there's a black stain on my towel, there's a bath gel but it was half used ( i think from the previous guest that stayed in this room) and they didn't change it, so i called the housekeeping to get ourselves a new set of amenities. We stayed at room 201, so it's very close from the reception desk and lobby ( no need to take the stairs nor the elevator). But suddenly at 1 Am, there's this guest next to our room just arrived, the noise started, and there's a baby crying as well, showed us that the walls between the rooms are not that thick, and i couldn't sleep!

    There are free shuttles to the private beach and shopping area where you can find food. But these shuttles are only scheduled for every hour. It will be good if they have more frequent shuttles

    Pros - the beautiful well kept grounds, the magnificent two tier pools, the private beach and shuttle service, the central location. Cons - the leaking aircon wet the floor and caused humidity of our clothes, much to our discomfort.
