Poor Service
We booked the room for 3 person but the room was prepared for 2 person only. We called for extra toiletries and waited for more than 30mins. Next day after room service, toiletries was prepared for 2 person again and I have to call for room service again. In addition, we left the bath towels on the shelf beside the basin so that they could be changed. When we returned to room, the chambermaid hanged them up without changing fresh ones. Lastly, I don't recommend for guests with sleeping difficulty because the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Your head is literally on the bed even though it is on the pillow. Bad experience overall.

Good location
Location is good, just opposite National Stadium Station. Got free upgrade to executive room where the minibar is free and with additional coffee machine. Rooftop pool is nice though small. Service is good and efficient.

Great all the way
Our room was not ready when we arrived so they gave us free breakfast for two days. That was a nice surprise. Staff arr superfirnedly, facalities were to a good standard. I left very happy. Taxi to airport about 300 baht. I will gladly returbln anytime when downtown.
