Mercure Parramatta
Location near my family. Quiet space. Comfy beds
Room service menu needs to steer away from deep fried, wheat-based processed foods. Need to be able to order a salad meal! Rooms need maintenance and better cleaning. Plumbing fixtures are faulty, we moved rooms because aircon wasn't working. Staff were lovely. Thanks for asking!

Excellent time in Sydney
help of staff, cleanliness of room and location
I had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel Parramatta. The staff was very helpful and always willing to help to insure I had a good time. The train station was very close and getting off and on the bus was also very easy. Going from the Airport to the Hotel was very easy and it made my trip so much more hassle free. I would for sure recommend this Hotel and stay here again.
