Our 2nd time staying here. Both times 2-bedroom with 1 King and 1 single bed. Love the space n facilities in the room. Breakfast is good with enough varieties for all to enjoy. Most importantly, the hotel staff will serve you with all smiles and kind words.

I m staying for 2 days !Tasteless Soup with no proper Bowl . Ask the bigger bowl , just gave me the portidge bowl ! Fruits , coffee , breads not Top Up regularly. There are a lot of guest ! Egg Counter so slow amd the q was soooooooo damn long . Everything was bad for the star u given to ur hotel . Still has coackroaches smell at Sinki and Toilet !

This is my second stay at Mercure and I just want to say that it was awesome even for a day. It is near to Alamanda and within the same building there are a few restaurants and shops including Starbucks and McD. Breakfast was great. We had plenty of choices from Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western dishes. The kids absolutely loved it. However, I would say that the path from the parking area to the lobby was a bit dark. Maybe the management can do something about it. Add more lights perhaps or have at least a security guard down there. Other than that, it was a cozy stay for the whole family! Thanks for the hospitality.

Clean, Spacious room (2 bedrooms option), great facilities. Very satisfied with my stay. Staff are very accommodating and all smiles. They even have washer/dryer in the room. Will definitely come again to explore more of putrajaya hidden gems.
