Best staff near the Heathrow area, if you talk to them a little bit, they will open up and become your friends. It always made me feel like I am at the home with them. Rooms are clean, heater was working at perfect level, bathroom amenities were provided. I needed a dental kit, called them and they sent right away without a long wait. There wasn't any water bottle though in the room, but I went to Bar to grab a pint of glass, and they asked, if i would prefer a jug of water, I felt so relaxed that they were always achieving extra mile to help you. Overall I will give A+ rating to the hotel services, staff, and location.

Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel has a large parking area (you have to pay for it at standard rates) which is very useful. The bathroom in my room had no heating due to a recent issue so I would urge the hotel to fix this. However, the room was warm and cosy and extremely clean. I enjoyed my stay.

staff is helphelpful and courteous. Rooms are clean . Bath tub has faster water supply... enjoy the tub bath.. its worth it. Tv channel are limited.. should be upgraded to smart TV. Internet speed is good too. Beds are cosy. Stay was nice .. overall 8 / 10

Location is reasonably at nice place. You can get Hoppa bus, which will drop you to the hotel. Facilities are ok too. For beer, there is a pub at the walking distance, internal choices are low. Rooms are clean, fast water bath rub, its worth spending your moments there.. TV quality was poor, they are still using analog signals. Overall experience is above good.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. location is also nice near to Heathrow but if you want to go central London then it take atleast 1 hr by public transport and 45 min with car. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was very nice also Restaurent and bar was also good.

Close to the airport, but the "4 star" hotel is.. well, it's just not. The gym has no weights, my room was a shoebox, the shower didn't work, bla bla bla so it goes. Nice staff!

The romm is comfortable and clean and the trainee staff was very pleasant. However it cost 30£ from Terminal 5 in a taxi as no shuttles were to be found. There shuttle back to the airport the next morning cost 6£ but only served Terminals 2&3 so you have to find the train, by a ticket to get to terminals 4&5.

This was a last minute choice and I am happy with my experience at this hotel. I didn’t use any of the other facilities but the overall look of the inside of the hotel was very nice, tidy and staff was friendly. Getting to and from Parking wasn’t the best, the room had air conditioning but no heating. I told front desk that the room was cold and they brought me a portable heater. It took a few hours to warm the room but when it was heated it stayed very cosy. The bed was a king size and comfy. Carpet and bathroom could use a deep clean but it wasn’t too bad. Was a bit noisy at first but after a certain time it was very peaceful.

There was no heat in my room and nobody could get it turned on. I was given an electric heater that was barely able to keep up. No offer of a discount was extended to me.

Stayed at Mercure because of the cheap price and closeness to Heathrow airport as I was leaving from there. Was a bit far away from the train station to be considered a good location but definitely great rooms comparable to higher class hotels but poor gym “if that is something u care about on holiday “ 🤷♂️

Staffs aren't welcoming upon check in, the phone and cooler in my room didn't work but the staffs sent the maintenance immediately and problems were solved. I would say okay if you choose to live near Heathrow airport.
