Great Dog Friendly Hotel”
What stood out for us was the fact we had two small dogs with us that could go everywhere within the hotel. The ground floor rooms were ideal with French doors leading out to the lawn. Nice view over the Thames River also.

Well located with nice rooms”
Great location close to the high street and other shops, restaurants, & entertainment. Walking distance to the above and to Staines train station and also to my work area. Nice different types of rooms. Wonderful staff that try their best to keep their customers happy. Only wished they had a wider range of breakfast offered as it will be boring for someone staying for many nights.

Rooms were fantastic especially for the price. Night Duty Manager was a very pleasant, professional. Wasn't overly impressed with the breakfast though. With an hour left till breakfast ended I expected a much better selection, and it wasnt replenished the whole time I was there

when I sat yes for recommending its only a just. The staff were ok but minimal and all foreign. the decoration is dated. the breakfast very comprehensive but buffet style and a bit dry. The rooms are nothing to shout about, with a 32" TV, but they'll do for an overnight stay. the kings are is ok but it will be better in the summer as tgere is direct access to the riverside seating area so you can watch the boating crews on the river.

It was a good place to stay. The room was a bit cold and the heating clunked quite a bit so we had to turn it off. Also, one of the pillows was as hard as a rock and the quilt was difficult to pull up round my ears! I am however, always cold!

I found the facilities quite old, but it caters for those who stay only one night or a few days ..... I booked through an air conditioned room and they accommodated me in a room without air conditioning .... It was cold and it would only be one night, then I did not seek the immediate solution ....

The main drawback of the hotel is that it doesn't have elevators and very long coridors which makes life difficult to move around the hotel

Is a little old and tired and really needs a refurbishment. Carpets, bathrooms etc look like last touched 20 years ago But location is great, the staff are great and it a good price

Very Obliging Staff”
Such a shame that this hotel is so so rundown. It is beautifully positioned by the Thames. Having paid extra to have a room with a river view, I was disappointed to only have a view of trees and bushes. The receptionist made sure I had a room with French windows( a special request). I have never stayed in such a tatty and dirty place. Breakfast was disappointing, as it was luke warm. You even have to serve yourself with tea and coffee. Luckily we were only there for one night. No soap in the bathroom.

A wonderful and nearby place to Heathrow Airport stay. Breakfast was wonderful and have parking but need to pay. Will sure love to stay at this place again for a quit time.

Great location for thrope Park ”
Stayed for one night as close to thrope Park. Clean and pleasant.. arrived late but had bar open.. food abit expensive for what you get but can fault hotel as my partner fell unwell about 12.30am and one member of staff behind reception more then went out his way to provide assistance
