The best place for relax in Manado”
This is tne best place for stay in Manado. Hotel is a bit far from downtown, but there is free shuttle from hotel to city and back. The beach is ok and big territory for walking or using bike. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and clean. THANK YOU TO MANAGER SANTY TICOALU!!!

Nice hotel a little bit outside of town”
Tateli is a nice hotel, this was not the first time I was there, which in itself is praise. As a pleasant surprise, the room we got this time was very newly renovated and was spotless. The only downside is that the hotel was full at this visit, so it got a bit crowded at breakfast.

Big, Nice Hotel, kids friendly”
The hotel is spacious, even if there is a lot of visitor, not really matter. Big Pool and also have private beach, so it is nice if you brings your kids here. Hotel staff is friendly and we don't need to wait long to check in or check out.

Room is spacious and has private beach”
The only downside is the room is not with carpet but wood and after sandplay, it can get really sandy inside the room. The pool is nice but lack of poolside snacks. The beach would have been nice if there is toddler’s watersport but sadly it is closed for swimming but only for sandplay. Overall, for a family to get beach time near the city, I will still come back to this hotel

+ Great landscape, great view with private beach. We can see the majestic Manado tua mountain standing at the horizon. + Free flow drinking water - Hard to get cellphone signal. - Very difficult to find taxi or online transportations. Better to have transportation arranged before staying.

Chaotic Breakfast”
Last time we went there, it was at national holiday and the hotel is packed. The breakfast was chaotic: not enough food and seats, and the resto is soo dirty. One time I asked for a salt and the staff give me salt shaker but there's not enough salt come out so I open the bottom lid of salt shaker. What's inside is like a moldy rice crisp... It's so disgusting. The pool was also has murky water.. but the reception staff performance was great.

This is the second time I stayed at Mercure. Before it was enjoyable but this time is so disappointing. I arrived for check in at 2.05 and no queue at all yet I wait for 1 hour for my room to be ready. When I entered my room, it was a chaos: the bathroom and entrance floor was wet, and the hardwood floor is dusty. There're mud spot at the curtain and the wall.. then I upgraded it to junior suite. If I'm not mistaken the reception staffs inform me that there's xmas dinner include for suite guests but then she said no when I asked again. The next day the restaurant staff (maybe) inform me that there's dinner for suite guests... *Sigh*

The room was dirty, smell of dust.. The balcony for getting fresh air was full of bird's and lizard s**ts. In the morning, our room was opened by one staff after he rang the bell just when the door is about to be opened by my wife. Finally moved to another room that very far from the lobby, and every 12pm the key card will be reset so you will have to go to the lobby to recharged it 😅 and they said that's how the system works 😅 what a very nice experience 👍🏻 Meeting with the staffs and how they handle customer, lack of hospitality in the hospitality industry, great!

Old facility, and it shows. Not well maintained”
Dirty public areas, worn down building, toilet seat busted, not enough seats and tables during breakfast, small restaurant and too many people in this COVID time. Too expensive for what you get. If you can get it for less than Rp 500,000 then it's worth it (About US$35) per night. The one good thing it has going is the garden and how close it is to the beach. Pretty far from town, no Bluebird taxi came all 4 times I tried. Luckily Grab and Gojek drivers would come.

Ugliest Standard of 4 Starts Accor Hotel ”
This hotel is not up to Accor standard of 4 stars hotel. The room obviously can not be sold to the guests. 1. Chip on the above part of toilet cistern. 2. Disgusting stain on the toilet bowl 3. Downlight does not work and ceiling is mouldy. That is probably why the light does not work - previously leaked and potential of electrical hazards 4. Kettle does not work 5. Exposed electrical wiring inside the wardrobe. Excellent standard to keep up Mercure!!!!
