Travel to Munich City with family last month, booked this hotel. We arrived early in town so we decided to store our luggage at hotel. The hotel got a storage room that help us store our luggage with tag on it, so it's safe. It's really a comfortable hotel. The room is big, an extra space for us to put luggage and complimentary drink in the room. It's bathroom space is big too. Too bad we just spend a night at there. Overall we love this hotel. Strategic location as the hotel is only 5 mins walk to train station.

This is the second Mercure hotel I have stayed in. It is located close to the Hauptbahnhof. It is very convenient to get around with the tram, S-Bahn, and U-Bahn. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. They offer a free minibar where you can take snacks, drinks from the fridge, and Nespresso coffee for free. This is a highlight of the hotel. Because of the rain on the day we arrived, we ate in the lounge downstairs. We ordered beef and salad. The portion of the salad is very generous. I ordered a fruit punch, and look at my cup! It's a Mexican cup. So adorable! The street next to the hotel is rather chaotic and dangerous to walk on at night, but once I walk into the hotel, I feel safe.

Value for money as the rooms are spacious, near Munich Central MRT and there is Free mini bar . What draws me to the hotel is the availability of free luggage storage as we arrive early and fly off late. 1 qualm which I have is the loud talkings and noise at the street level, especially over Saturdays and Sundays

We have excellent stay in your hotel. The staff, especially the 2 young ladies, are very accommodating and courteous. The location is near the central station and the old town is just 10-15 minutes away. You can find many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room is spacious, cleaned everyday and they fill up the mini bar with water, juices and soda for free. I would like to have a laundry room for extra care but will still stay regardless of it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the main train station and walking distance to the old town. Tram and underground stations are also easily accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
