            A booking that save my face in front of my parents”

            Excellent location, Clean room, friendly staff

            I booked this hotel for my parents when they're travelling to Palu to attend my relatives' wedding. When I was searching for the best hotel that I could, I found this hotel then immediately booked it. My parents told me that the location was really good because it was near the shore. The staff was also very friendly to them and the room was big and clean. Totally save my face in front of them.

            The real 4 stars in the city”

            This hotel i think is the only 4 star hotel in the City of Palu. Overall the hotel is really nice, it also centrally located (btw palu is a small city and without any traffic) and the important thing is the hotel is really comfortable.

            Good location and very clean”

            Good location, very close to Talise beach, floating mosque and yellow bridge. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff are very helpful too. The only negative was the massage and spa facility (was it called sumber alam?? I forgot). We already made an appointment for a massage in our room, but they cancelled it and gave our-supposed-to-be therapists to another clients!!! They even didn't properly appologize for their mistake to us.

            We stayed for the first time in 3 years. The staff is very kindness and smiles are wonderful. The cozy atmosphere is the same as before. However,,, We can not adjust the AC, the room lamp is still broken, unpleasant smell from the towel, It needs improvement. Moreover, since we want to stay.

            Cozy room”

            cozy room, comfortable bed, clean hotel

            This was my second time to sleep in this hotel for 2 nights and I love the atmosphere. Pros: efficient check in - check out, friendly and helpful staffs, new building, comfortable bed and quiet room, strong shower, good free internet wifi connection, large LCD TV with various international channels, new swimming pool and fitness center. Cons: No stand-by taxi, but the hotel will help us to order a taxi or we can rent hotel's shuttle car to drop us to the airport.

            Overall it's a good, nice and clean hotel, with a good location in front of the sea. Not to far from the hotel there's a Mall, only 3 minutes with car. The pool are average. But we had a little problem while we're there, because the electricity went down several times.

            firstly I would say is the friendly staff. very well trained. secondly, location. faces the bay. although it is not on the beach, the bay is not a tourist beach. third would be the price. great value
