Best Hotel in Paris”
I have stayed at an uncountable number of hotels in Paris in the last decade as I have frequent business trips there, and my first stay in July 2022 at Mercure Paris Gare Montparnasse has been the best by far of all my hotel experiences in Paris so far. I highly recommend it to anyone because it's warm, friendly, personable, helpful, clean, reliable, comfortable, safe and efficient among many good things. And the location is just perfect in a nice and convenient neighborhood right next to the Montparnasse station as well as Line 6 and 13 metro stations and within a walking distance to places like Jardin du Luxembourg. I planned to spend four nights but ended up staying for two weeks at this hotel due to the unexpected situation which could have made me quite uncomfortable and sad if not for the hotel's amazing, helpful and reliable manager Fouad who made a lot of efforts to accommodate me and make me feel at home. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Fouad. Because I spent such a long time at the hotel, I got to see some of the important details that tourists normally don't get to see. For example, this hotel runs fire drills regularly. I find that really great and professional. Also, the beds in this hotel are structured so that cleaning staff don't have to hurt their backs to change the linens. You can be assured that this hotel takes the safety of its guests and employees seriously. It simply feels very good to stay at a hotel like this. Another good point about this hotel is that check-in and check-out are very very fast and smooth. I spent nearly a week at nearby hotel Pullman which is more expensive. I experienced two check-ins there, and it was awful both times. My room was not ready both times, one of the times until close to 6 p.m. Someone who works there told me that the rooms at Pullman were never ready at checkin time. I can believe that. My stay at Pullman made me appreciate more the quality of services and facilities including the guest room

Experience the best to the fullest ”
It was the most magnificent hotel we've ever stayed in. Everything was literally perfect. Especially the staff and the location. Our room had a view of the tip of the Eiffel tower. The staff solved all of our problems and it was really fun to chat with him. We could walk almost everywhere (40min to Eiffel, 20 to Luxembourg gardens). Also, the entrance of the subway is really close and you can get wherever you want easily if you can solve the Paris subway system 😂

close to edgar quinet station & gare montparnase station, so you can get around to paris city easily. friendly receptionist & our room was upgraded to a room with an eiffel view. you can leave your luggage for free at this hotel. we highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is in a great location on back street full of restaurants and bars and just around the corner from the montparnasse tower. There's also a charming market in the morning selling fruit, veg, pastries and seafood. Highly recommend this hotel.

Noisy & Non AC :(”
Although all staffs are VERY NICE, location is awesome. Alot of restaurant near the hotel BUT you can hear their chat, even at 11.30 PM (night) people still chat…moreover there is a renovation building cross the hotel and they start working at 7Am-in the morning! We cannot close the window because the AC IS NOT working and the room would be too hot. When I asked the staff abbout the AC problem, the answer was,’Open the window’!!! SUPER NOT recommend for the light sleeper. You may stay here when the weather is not that hot, or you sleep from 12 - 6 am.

We booked the hotel room for a price of €90 a night. That was great value for money. But the normal price of this hotel is around €175 a night…. That is to expensive from my opinion. We had a room switch because the first room had no bath,. We had a room om the front off the hotel. It was noizy at night because its a verry living street. So that was no problem. The breakfast is expensive to. 18,50 p.p. there are a lot of bakery stores in the area so no problem with that.
