Wonderful accomodation, great staff, near cafes and Met. ”
The hotel was what you would expect from Mercure. Clean, modern, well appointed and friendly staff who are happy to communicated in English if needed. It is close to cafes and bars of the Boulevard Haussmann. It is a brisk 20 minute walk to the Louvre, the Seine and other central attractions. The Eiffel Tower and most of the other main attractions are a fair distance but can be walked if you’re into that sort of thing. However there is a Met station about 100mtrs from Accomodation which can take you anywhere you want. The room was quiet. The shower was good and there are a number of convenience stores all within a few hundred metres. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location of hotel, hop in hop off bus stop not far, train station just around the corner. restaurants are plentiful from the hotel, easy walking to shopping. Hotel room was a bit small but this is the standard in Paris for the price you pay, clean and tidy and safe location, easy walk to the Louvre. the staff we had on were amazing and very helpful for our stay, Breakfast at the hotel wasn't great not a lot going for it. but overall would stay again love the location

A very pleasant stay.”
This is a standard Paris Hotel but it delivers big time. the hotel is not new and could do with a refurb BUT what it lacks in newness, it makes up in many other ways. First, the staff were excellent. No matter how small or large the request, the response could not be faster, more efficient or more pleasant. Great location and a very quiet location which in Paris is a novelty. Melisss the intern was untiring in her efforts to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The aircon was equal to the task of a heatwave. The location is greta. Close to restaurants and caffes, virtually located above a metro station and a stroll to the shopping of Les Grand Boullevards. The buffet breakfast is adequate for most appetites. Overall, you do get more than what you pay for.

This was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. It was very hard to find a nice and confortable hotel in Paris with central location at lower price , so I decided to stay this hotel again as I've stayed there 2 years ago and it was at convenient location from what I had remember. The room and teh bed was clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were friendly.

Great Paris Stay”
Hotel was clean, inviting, modern and in a safe and convenient location. Staff are polite and helpful. Room was small but expected for Paris, but well equipped with some high end fittings. Elevator was broken during our 2 day stay (has been broken for a week) so you need to use steps for 1 floor to reach alternate elevator. Might be an issue for those with mobility issues. Check with hotel if elevator is fixed before booking.

convenient, in center of PAris”
staying at Mercure PAris Opera Cusset was very good and enjoyable. The room is quite small but equipped with everything we need. Wi-Fi is free everyday during our stay. It is very convenient and close to go to subway or bus station. Many restaurants nearby the hotel and it is very easy to walk to Opera and Galerie Lafayette. The staffs in the front desk are very helpful and friendly. They recommended many places for sightseeing and even helped us to book train tickets. I would recommend this hotel to a friend who is visiting Paris and will definitely go back there again.

A short walk to the Louvre museum. The hop off and on bus stop is about 5 - 10 min walk away. If you a fan of HRC, its just around the corner!

the location is really good, there are many nice restaurants near the hotel, the hotel located at the convenient place which just need 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, and it also quite as well! the only disadvantage is that the international plug and paper slipper were not prepared, otherwise will be perfect with this price!!

Friendly Staff and Service”
we were met with a warm, friendly service on arrival. the staff spoke english and made every effort to accommodate our needs (e.g. we arrived at 7:00am and were given a room even though check-in is not until later in the day). the rooms are small but comfortable, with english language television channels (e.g. cnn).

great location”
the location is great. near the metro station and around the city centre. can just simply take the roissybus from CDG airport for euro 10. but need to walk for about 15-20 min. there are alot of restaurants around the hotel. the staffs are very nice and helpful. most of them can speak english well. the lift is small. can only fit 2 person with 2 big luggage. rooms are small but neat. if you are just expecting a place to sleep and rest, then it serves the purpose. room and toilet is clean. i would probably consider staying in this hotel again next time.

Basic. Old. Clean. ”
The hotel is very basic. The property is old and at the time, there were some renovation works being done. Didn't try their breakfast so I can't comment on it. There are enough breakfast outlets or cafes around that you could walk to. The lift was, extremely small. The staff were very friendly and accommodating though. However, I was travelling for business. I needed an ironing board and an iron, which I wasn't provided in the room, unlike most other Asian hotels.

Wonderful stay”
Everything was good. Except that the lift is really small which only able to fit 5 persons without luggage. However, it was compensated with a really nice upkeep of room. Though it's a small room but everything is just nice.

Very good”
Nice and simple hotel with an excellent location - close to many attractions and restaurants nearby! It was also a quiet stay too as the room was facing a quiet street. Lobby was small and when I checked in, there was a bit of a wait. 1 thing: the door was locked at night at 10pm which unfortunately needs to be unlocked by the front desk. A couple of times, the front desk person was going about his rounds and I had to wait outside for him to get back downstairs. Perhaps in future, guests cards should be allowed to scan and enter instead of waiting for the front desk person to come back.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Bedding”
I would recommend this hotel to those who are really concerned to have a night of good sleep as much as me. The mattress of this hotel is of the right degree of hardness and the pillow of appropriate thickness which help me fall into deep sleep every night. Although the hotel room I have is not big, it is really clean and comfortable. What’s more, the hotel is conveniently located as it is only 5 min from the metro station. Nevertheless, it is still quiet since it is on a side street of the main road (Haussmann Boulevard).

- its located near on eof the top shopping area. there are many huge department stores just mins of walk or 1 station away. - to go to the main attractions are conveninent, provided you know how to read the map of the metro in france.more than often that you are reuire to change metro lines and walk uite a bit within the station itself.

Great Position”
The hotel is in a great position. Just a 2 mins walk to the metro station and a lot of restaurants are surrounding the hotel. Walking to La fayette is only within 15 mins. However, the elvator is out of service within Jan 2012 and that is a little disappointed. The hotel staffs are all very nice !!

location was great. However, the room was not cleaned every day. There might be some miscommunication with the staff, but when requested for cleaning, it was not done yet. Reception was friendly and helpful though. But room was really small.
