Great choice of hotel in Avignon”

The front desk was really lovely and helpful. They offered to help us call our day tour operator to change our tour schedule as we do not speak French. The rooms were clean and of a good size (Do not expect rooms to be as big as other Mercure hotels outside of Europe) We loved the breakfast spread and the freshly squeezed orange juice. We will definitely choose to stay there again.

Good location, but hard to find if driving”

Located inside the walls of the ancient city. 2 minutes walk to restaurants. Very difficult to find if you are driving. Both Google Maps and the onboard GPS could not indicate the correct route, due to one way streets and blocked streets. If you are driving, stay on the road outside the walls, drive under the bridge (Pont d'Avignon) and then turn through the gateway at what looks like a cliff. The hotel is just on the other side. Drive into the car park and there is an area to stop and unload your suitcases, with direct access to the hotel. The lobby had a weird, cheap fruity air spray smell.

Friendly staff with good recommendations, fabulous location, good room although quite small, so close to the places we wanted to see and to top it off, an underground car park easily accessible! We had brekkie in the hotel on one morning and it offered a wide selection of items. A very pleasant stay!

Room on arrival was not of the standard expected . Worn carpet, gaps in ceiling, cob Webb. Staff assisted by allocating an alternative room, higher rate . Breakfast had only the basics , expectations were higher given the hotel brand . Overall standard of the hotel, rooms, facilities etc more comparable to three stars only.

Todo fue perfecto. La habitación estaba impecable, la cama era cómoda, el baño con ducha funcionaba perfectamente y el personal era extremadamente atento y educado.

ﾒﾙｷｭｰﾙｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟということで正直期待はしていなかったが、 まずはそのｱｸｾｽのわかり易さに感動ーﾊﾟｰｷﾝｸﾞも大きく非常に判りやすくてよかった。部屋もｱﾒﾆﾃｨも快適にすごせるきれい で便利なホテルであった。法王庁や旧市街へのｱｸｾｽもすべて 徒歩5-10分圏内で夕食のﾚｽﾄﾗﾝもすべて徒歩圏内にあるので お勧めーもうひとつのﾒﾙｷｭｰﾙも便利そうだったので試してみたい。

優點: 1)普通房型是沒有拖鞋提供的,但由於我們會連續住3個晚上,員工都盡力提供。 2)員工英文質素算高,比起大城市的酒店都要好 3)房間舒適,空間大,窗外環境不錯 缺點: 1)浴缸欠缺浴簾,每次沐浴都會濺出大量水於浴缸外地面 2)客人要主動向酒店拿取牙膏牙刷 但整體來說, 酒店質素很好, 超近某些景點(斷橋、教皇宮、聖母院)

아비뇽 교황청 광장에서 미니 기차를 타고 관광하고 박물관 관람하는데 최적의 위치입니다. 다소 비싸지만 가격대비 위치가 매우 좋습니다.

아비뇽 성에서 가까운 곳에 머물고 싶어 선택했습니다. 공용주차장을 함께 사용하여 주차 공간은 충분했으나 관광객이 많이 붐비는 시간에는 호텔 입구와 먼곳에 주차하게 될수도 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 단 카드키 불량이 있어 이 부분은 좀 불편했습니다.

酒店装修较新，卫生很好。定这家酒店是考虑离断桥很近，以为可以遥望，结果去了才发现，不可以，被古城墙挡住了。其实阿维尼翁古城很小，住哪个酒店的地段都差不多。

非常新潮的酒店”

宾馆的位置非常好，离断桥仅一箭之遥，装修得非常时尚，宾馆的服务也很好。唯一的缺陷就是停车场到宾馆不但没有电梯，还要经过两段楼梯。
