Отличный отель, входит в Pullman”

Обычно по миру летаю в эту сеть, все очень нравится, есть свой пляж, хороший персонал. Единственный минус, наверно не этого отеля, а в Сочи в целом, адовый спуск и подьем к морю, в свои 35 лет мы с женой с отдышкой поднимались каждый раз. С маленьким ребенком на посмотреть море, каждый день будет сложно. Но зато хороший бассейн

Отель хороший, но сервис никакой. Номер заказывали не самый простой, с отличным видом на море, чисто, но были ожидания, которых не оказалось: - в номере было по 1 ручному и 1 большому полотенцу на человека + одно лежало на полу в душе (напольное). Этого мало дл 4х звезд и южного курорта, они не успевают высыхать. - минибар был пустой. - при заселении никто не предложил приветственных напитков и помощи с сумками. - для посещения бассейна нужно доплатить 1000р с человека, при стоимости номера это несерьёзно как-то для такой сети. Что было хорошо: - отличный вид - регулярно обновляли воду - уборка была ненавязчивой и ни разу нас не побеспокоила, всегда удавалось сделать это в наше отсутствие

При заселении нам пришлось несколько часов ждать наш номер. Но номер за доплату был чуть лучше стандарта. Это порадовало. Понравился бассейн и расположение отеля. В номере плохая вытяжка. 2 раза после приема ванной срабатывала пожарная сигнализация. Но все бы ничего если не общение с персоналом в день выселения. Вечером перед днём выезда я подошёл на ресепшн, и спросил как нам оформить поздний выезд? Мне сказали что это возможно узнать только в день выселения. Я подошёл после 12 вечера и мне сказали что точно узнать можно только после 5 утра. Либо полностью оплатить номер который подорожал с нашего заезда почти в 2 раза, до 17 т. р. То есть за 2-3 часа оплатить полностью сутки. Больше предложений не поступало. Менеджер отеля тоже ничего решить не может, повторяет заученные скрипты. Я по роду своей работы бываю во многих отелях, разный сетей отелей. И нигде не было проблемой ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Персонал всегда идёт на встречу клиенту. Но только не в этом отеле. 17тр за 2 ч

Замечательный Отель ”

Остались довольны посещением отеля, при въезде порадовали бесплатным трансфером на красную поляну, билетами на подъемники! Номер , завтрак, расположение выше всяких похвал! Каждый день Уборка , через день меняют постель , вода в номере пополняется ежедневно! Прекрасный бар внизу ! Очень довольны!) спасибо большое

отель находится возле моря. парков. Очень хорошее обслуживание. завтраки очень разнообразные и все очень вкусно. На ресепшен очень приятные девочки надо было поменять комнату ипри всем том что отель был полный постарались и поменяли . Если приеду еще раз в Сочи обязательно остановимся в этом отеле
